I went because my daughter's phone stopped working. In a nutshell. I went to another Metro PCS and he did what she couldn't or more like wouldn't do because it meant she had to deal with customer or dealer support. Since Metro upgraded there rules. She acted like she was helping but going to the other store clearly showed she didn't want to help us. To bad you lost the sale of a new phone.

Great service and I didn't even purchase my phone or service there and the store manager Samarianny helped me with my mess of plan that another store did and she went the Xtra mile to make me a happy customer.. 5 🌟

Melanie was awesome... we showed up right before closing and still gave us 100% customer service Melanie and her coworker stayed 15 minutes past closing to help me and my husband with purchasing a new phone and gave her honest opinion on the best phone... great job Melanie.
