My daughter asked for an iPhone 15 plus the guy went to get it and when we were checking out my daughter noticed that it was a 15 not plus and when I asked him why he was giving me the 15 he said cause they ran out of 15 plus, even tho i didn’t ask for the 15 and on top of that he was charging us the same price as the 15 plus. $200 dollars difference . Very dishonest guy in there. Run away from that store.

You can not understand even if you are a scholar. The scam that is going on in that place. If you use a credit card with these dummies, you would find charges coming through out the 50 states on your account. It has happened to too many people and those 2 girls in that place are responsible for that. My suggestion take your business elsewhere. Because not only the are incompetent the services lousy, they do not backup what they do.

I purchased a phone from Amazon and took it to the Metro Store to get it activated on Jan 29th at 3:15 pm. Long story short, DON'T GO THERE! The young lady activated the phone but didn't even want to help me with my gmail to transfer my numbers over. In addition, when I was about to pay her colleagues said something in Spanish and she switched and said that the card machine was down so I needed to pay cash. I looked her dead in her face and firmly said "YOU SHOULD HAVE SAID THAT BEFORE WE GOT STATED". I then said well I don't have any cash on me. She stuttered and said let me check the machine on the end. Miraculously it worked! She lied and probably stealing money from metro. I am also doing a dispute with my bank to challenge the charge. She charged me $48.00 but my text receipt showed $23. Anyway, she was lazy and lacked good customer service skills.

I went t mobile store on the 15th of January, and told one of the Representative, about the device on us by Tmobile but before I purchased the phone I need him to look inside my account so he can see that I have the promotional information from Tmobile, he stat I have to change my account and phone number in order for me to get that promotional. So I call Tmobile Customer service and explain to them what he had said. Customer service stated no you don't need to change your account or get a new number..I ask one of the reps there about a phone that was on the device on us promotional, that I wanted to purchase. He said let me check, I waited 12 minutes, he didn't return. So I left. Poor Customer service, I would never go to that location again

There's this new guy in there. I don't know where you hire these people, off the streets in the hood I guess. The rest of them are friendly and nice and helpful, but his demeaner is like he doesn't want to help customers

Helpful and Customer Service. Larry is a perfect example as Metro PCS representative he work on my phone even though I was irritated with the fact it had technical difficulties. He was patient and was very helpful through the entire process.

Worst Store. There was people's in store with no mask. Only one employee. This is a franchise store never going there again. And the parking is full of pot holes. Really dose your boss care about the cars that have to park there.You will probably bame the landlord. ?

I had the best service when Imran Khan put a new temperd glass and switch me over from Boost plus got the promotional 25$ unlimited data plan. He also transferred all my apps,photos and contact. The entire process was super easy and fast. I am a costumer for life.?

Larry and all of the guys were really great at this Metro PCS so I'm very thankful for all of their help my phone keeps getting really annoying so I get a good feeling at a great price was just amazing thank you so much

Whatever you do don't go to this store. First of all they don't do returns and if you do want to exchange your phone because it's not working or because you found that it was used! ( another customer came in while I was there upset at the reps too) you have to go to another corporate store to do that ....plus the people there are all new none of them know what they're doing I bought a phone and they couldn't sync my contacts or calendar and I tried to return it because they couldn't sync it and they threatened to call the police on me bc I was upset, very unprofessional!! In the end I had to go to another Metro PCS on Semoran and they took care of me just fine! With no charge!
