First time coming here and needed to just switch a phone number over from one phone to the new phone for my son. He said ok it will be 26.00 to activate. I said ok. After he finished he said 52.00. He said you have two phones! Really? The last time I had to do this was years ago so I couldn’t remember. I told him I don’t recall it being this high. Well today I went to another location to switch another phone in Apopka for my daughter and they charged me 26.00!! The CORRECT price. Now this confirms that I was scammed by this person at this location! I didn’t get his name. I’m not going to waste my time coming back to argue with him for my 26.00 but wanted to do this review to let everyone know that there’s one big scam artist that works there! Shame on you .

Marc was exceptional in helping me choose a new phone at this location. He provided fantastic customer service, and made the entire experience a pleasant one. The world needs more sales associates like Marc.

Marc has exceptional customer service, every time I come to this location his service is Paramount and I mean Everytime...Gineet was also Super in making sure I had a resolution to the issue I brought to them, they make an excellent team and should me honored by metro with T mobile.

Had a great experience today at metro I’m a returning customer got a plan for me and my daughter and the young man that helped us he’s name was Jose very helpful answered the the questions we needed I would recommend him to anyone very helpful.
