    I went into the NACA program because I was having difficulty meeting the down payment requirements. I first started with the idea of getting my own home August 2024 but as time progressed and I spoke with a lender and realtor it seemed less realistic the idea of moving out even though I have been putting money into my savings.... read full comment

Their program provides a excellent opportunity to get into a home in the current climate of high interest rates and a slower than usual housing market.
