This branch needs to fire CC. Why come to work if you’re not going to do your job. CC refused to notarize a probate doc telling me it’s against company policy. She allowed me to read the company policy but it was not listed anywhere she couldn’t notarize the document. Jalisa assisted with the notary but why does it take someone else to do what you could have done. I will be calling customer care to complain about my visit. Please go to another teller because she is illiterate.

The worst customer service so far must be after holidays. Waiting almost hr to be served to help open bank account for one of my family member then finding out can't really help!! Wasted valuable time!! Poor greating..

I went into the bank to get a fraud situation handled on my account and Clarissa who assisted me did an awesome job . She spent and hour with me getting everyhing closed out and opened again . Thank you Clarissa !!

I went into this branch this past Saturday morning, December 2nd 2023. I was very polite, swiped my red card and waited for the teller to greet me, but she would not say anything. So I asked the teller, “is everything okay? Do you see me in the system? The Teller said, “Yeah you’re good. I see you.” As she stared at the screen, she still didn’t speak to me. I continued and stated that I would like $1,000 in all in blue face bills. The teller rudely responded and said “I can give you $50s.” I said “no, I want what I asked for.” The teller and I then went back and off about I explained how I’ve never had any issues before requesting specific bills. Eventually, I requested that the manager be brought in if she was incapable of doing her job. The Another employee tried to chime in and condescendingly tell me to be quiet and calm down, when I was still very calm amongst all the rudeness and attitude. The female teller “magically” came up with the bills I originally requested and threw them across the counter at me. The bills were placed in an envelope and almost slid across the counter from the force of her hand. Shocked, I looked at the teller and said “you should be telling members to have a nice day or some type of salutation.” She squinted her eyes at me and rolled her eyes. At that point I asked her if I need to call the manager, and she said “go ahead and call the manager.”I wish I could include the name of the teller, but of course she wore no name tag to be held accountable for. Based on other reviews for this branch, it appears to be the same employee that is allergic to proper customer service. This branch needs to reconsider her employment.I’ve been banking with Navy Federal for 25 years and have never experienced this type of disrespect from an institution that’s in business because of veterans and military members like myself! I should not be told to be quiet about how I want to receive my money from my bank account. When I enter and leave Navy Federal, I expect respect and professionalism, whether it’s faked or not.Without members like me there is no Navy Federal Credit Union! I don’t care how racist and bigoted American can be, I expect Navy Federal to be better, especially when I’m conducting business with them.

This is my favorite credit union of all time !! Natalie and Clarissa are always soooooo HELPFUL ! They assist me in all of my needs ! Katrina is also amazing ! They are the best team ever !

Carlissa needs to learn better customer service skills! I get it she hates work but that doesn’t mean treat me like trash because you’re having a bad day. Just be nice and she might go far I life. Management needs to talk to her about her attitude. All you do is sit at a desk how hard could that be. She should be grateful to even have a job ??♀️

Went down to orlando to pick up a car, started my loan application there for a 2020 model 3 the employee told me thats considered a new car for the loan; which confused me as its 3 years old but i said cool thats great. It came back as a 5.1% interest rate. I go to sign my edocuments a week later and its 7% because it changed from a new car loan to a used car loan due to the vehicle age. I call navy fed and they tell me because it was "verbal" and i handled it "in person" they have no remedy because they cant listen to the conversation and can only go off the packet. My advice DO NOT use this branch for loans and DO NOT handle any loan documents in person you will get screwed ONLY go through the phone, atleast then itll be recorded. But hey im stuck with the bill but they'll submit a "coaching recommendation" on the employee. BRAVO navy fed; you make us vets feel like we're back on active duty.Edit: Also i live 2 hours away and the person I spoke to said the only way to do anything is drive down in person, as they have no way for me to contact that branch directly...

Amazing customer service. A big applaud to Clarissa who helped me. I went into Navy Federal looking to open a bank account and she explained everything to me in great length. She is professional and outstanding. She values protection and privacy above all else, members of the bank have told me that she is known as “the fraud fighter”.People should be lucky to bank here ?

I love going to this branch. The employees are great! My wife and I opened an account a few weeks ago and the service Clarissa provided was amazing!! She is definitely a people’s person and down to earth !

I’ve been waiting since October 17 for funds that were in my account. I went to two different Navy Federal Credit Union Banks for the funds. Took a picture at one of them. I let “Carissa” know if that is her real name, that I needed my funds available to feed mouths and pay bills. Carissa with a powerpuff girl tattoo of Blossom on her left arm and butterfly tattoo on her top back said she tried her best. Carissa showed great patience and professionalism. For now, 1 star rating.I’m hoping to give a better review depending on when funds become available. Every moment passing is a mouth not being fed. Does Navy Federal Credit union have a heart? Maybe other banks do.
