I was waiting in the drive through line for 20 minutes and no one serviced me, when they finally sent the tube down there was no greeting or anything like that. Very unprofessional.
I have been using the Navy Federal Credit Union since 2009 and have never had them charge me a penny. Most of my Banking services are done online with a few trips to one of many branches. Since the new Security Protocells have been introduced there are some access issues but there are ways around that.
Drive thru horrible. They make you wait in your car until they service people in the lobby, so why having drive thru is you don't have a teller dedicated to drive thru? My experience with navy fed in the lobby has always been good, so it was a shock to me the difference between lobby service and drive thru.
