“Went there due to a screw in my tire. At a corporate place they told me it needed a new tire due to the location of the screw. At Royal one he looked at it and he said he will try to help. He removed the screw but it was not deep enough and no patch or replacement was needed it. He did not charge me. Thank you”

They cleaned out all the bad oil, topped off all my fluids (which I'm certain were embarrassingly low),explained thoroughly and in a non salesman like way the oil services and which would be best for my high mileage vehicle. Joshua and Carlos (?) were great and another guy brought us cold bottles of water while we waited in our cars for our turn! How awesome and considerate! Will definitely return and don't even live on this side of town?”

They make me feel comfortable asking questions and are quick, efficient, and knowledgeable. Recommendations are always suggested, but do not make you feel pressured to buy or "sold to". You can tell they genuinely care. Again, I go out of my way to go here, there are other oil change places along my commute between work and home, but I like going here and will continue to do so.”
