The staff quickly helps resolve any issues, such as replacing a watch with a slight defect. Clients are sometimes given gifts, like a beautiful watch strap, and may even get to see special timepieces in person. Recently purchased a watch at the Omega Boutique. Debbie handled the initial order and sale. She did an exceptional job and was very helpful. Made me want to continue to add another Omega. Watch is awesome and so is the staff there.
