“My husband and I popped in on a whim and I'm so glad that we did! We were greeted by such friendly staff members Syd in the garden and Amanda in the shop. Syd was VERY knowledgeable on all things garden. She even helped me identify a mystery plant that I've been growing. Turns out it's some type of funky orchid. She showed me around and helped me familiarize myself with several different plants. I couldn't believe how reasonable the prices are! We will be back once we plan out the garden bed we have in mind!”

“Drove by here and went in on a whim. Such a cool spot to get a new plant for your home. They specialize in hydroponic growing and have beautiful plants growing in these huge glass vases. Truly a show stopper for anyone's home. The owner is extremely passionate about plants and extremely knowledgeable. Such a cool place. Plus they have a Chonk cat named Tom who loves to be petted.”

“This store has everything I need, The items are always in stock with great service. The entrance is the second driveway. It is a bit hard to park sometimes because there are only about 7 or 8 parking spaces. I shop there when it's not rush hour traffic times.”

“December 9th 2023:Number 1 - he should be recognized across the entire Home Depot- but i am not able to reach any Home Depot Headquarters in US - when i call them, they keep transferrring to the same people , outside of this country i cannot make them understand..Anyhow i ment to say it is Bill -who does a fantastic job- he is a great Asset... he can do all the things- he was highly helpful ...i cannot say more words- than this like a brother Mr.. Bill who has all the skills as well as ability to manage things.2. Cashier or helping automated cash line - Yanan - she was nice and helpful..my family appreciates her.3. “Came here today looking for some ant killer. I couldn't find it at first and asked a lady working there and she helped me find exactly what I needed. While I was looking another employee was telling me about the product and how it helped him at his house. The employees so are nice and friendly! The overall store is very nicely put together. The only thing I don't like and call me old fashioned but I'm not a fan of self checkout. There are no more registers open anymore and it's all self check out.”

“After reading other reviews I was a bit hesitant, but I'm glad I went in and decided to form my own opinion. To be frank, my experience was fantastic. I was fortunate enough to meet the owner in the lobby and got to have a great conversation with him. I honestly wonder if anyone out there knows more about sod than he does. He said he's been in the sod game for more than 40 years at every level, including owning his own farm and growing the grass to now having a sales & delivery service that sells directly to the public & commercial operators. Once I had the chance to meet him and his team, I understand where some people could form the wrong impression of the staff. In my experience, I found them to be kind, funny, and willing to help me at every turn. But with that they are also direct, to the point, and speak the truth without sugar-coating it. The receptionist that other reviewers have commented poorly about was absolutely delightful to me. We talked about her kids, her cats, current events, etc. She was well educated about sod and explained to me the pros and cons of different types for my application. I think there's a difference between being rude and being direct, and like the owner she's clearly a direct person. I could sense that if you are straight with her, she's straight with you, but I doubt she tolerates much nonsense. To be honest, I respect that quality in people. I personally had a wonderful experience at One Stop Sod and now have a new, beautiful healthy lawn as a result. It doesn't hurt that they had the cheapest prices either. I think there are a lot of sensitive people in this world nowadays that think everybody else should coddle them at every turn. This place provided me with great sod, great service, and the best price in town, but I was polite, respectful, and I didn't act like I knew everything about their business. If you are patient, listen to them, and follow their instructions, I have no doubt you'll have the same experience and opinion of them that I do.”

“Update: Ordered a 13ft Jack Skellington animatronic decoration on October 13. Got emails saying it was received and when it was delivered and being prepared to be picked up. Called today and found out that first order was cancelled I guess when I ordered it but second time went through but generated two different order numbers starting with same letter. I got super bummed and ended up issuing a refund for it and leaving a bad revue. Upon receiving a text just now saying my order was ready, I was confused and called in. Turns out the second order went through and it actually arrived, which is great!Word to the wise, look up your order by your name not your order number. Thanks to customer service for straightening it out.”

“Once upon a time there was a world that thought of a hardware store as a little neighborhood market that was owned by someone in the community and had a few people working there. Then Home Depot came onto the scene and pretty much obliterated the local hardware store until pretty much all that remained was Home Depot and Lowe's. Lately, Ace Hardware has been trying to.capitalize on the whole neighborhood and warehouse store, but they are a chain,as well. Anyway, Home Depot does have a lot to offer. You can get lost wandering the aisles and pretty much anything and everything you need or even might need can be found within those cavernous aisles. This alone makes it a positive experience and my time here was a productive visit and I got what I needed and was on my way in an acceptable amount of time. All in all, I would recommend this particular Home Depot location for your home and D.I.Y. needs. I don't believe anyone likes shopping in a hardware store, but I had some items to get and knew that I should be able to get everything that I needed at Home Depot and, by the way, they did have everything that I needed so, "mission accomplished."”

“Home Depot is not a place I frequent often so when I came in with some specific measurements for cutting wood slabs for the front of my dresser I was extremely lost. I ran into YOSHI who was kind happy and knowledgeable. He helped me identify what wood to use and navigated through my specific measurements that sounded like 26 inches and 2 tiny lines. Thank you for all your help, you helped make my project more enjoyable and it was a pleasure!”

“I love this Hone Depot location because the staff is always so friendly and helpful. I rented a trailer and some tools for the garden and everything was all set for me when I got there. I also ordered some multichannel and dirt for curbside pick up and it was so convenient! They even loaded all the bags into the van for me. This is definitely my favorite location :)”
