MD Now Urgent Care - Dr. Phillips provides a fast and efficient urgent care experience. The front staff is friendly and efficient, while the nurses are described as kind, exceptional, and caring. The doctors are great, very kind, polite, and patient. Visitors report barely waiting five minutes and being in and out easily. The entire staff is very accommodating and pleasant, even near closing time. They address patient issues effectively, providing education and medicines like antibiotics. The clinic is highly recommended, with patients feeling appreciative and well-cared for in a warm and friendly environment.
Phenomenal service, very clean, everyone who works here is very kind and I was able to be seen quickly!! Tina at the front desk was very friendly, my doctor Dr. Dunn was awesome, and I was able to get the help I needed and she provided papers explaining information on what I have. Ernesto and Margie were also very nice!
