Employees were very professional and knowledgeable. Quick check-in and out. Great price on the rental. Located right inside Holiday Inn hotel. Washed outside of car and whipped down the inside down before recieving the car. Would recommend to others :).

Stay away from payless. They careless and have horrible service. Stuck at 10pm with kids in Orlando going from one terminal to the next to find an open counter. None. DO NOT BOOK WOTH CARELESS.
