Customer Service : Rod is really, really good at customer service, the best in there without a doubt. Evelyn is great too. Julia is questionable (she needs a little improvement): she can be very nice at times or not; it all depends. Anyway, I would give 5 star if the connection on the TV was not so bad.

This was originally written as a good review thanks to the service I had received at the time of my visit. However, I have removed my good review in place of this one. When I had gone to the location, I told them I had a loud humming noise when I drove and that I believed I had a bad wheel bearing as I have had this issue before. After doing the vehicle inspection, I was told that my wheel bearings were completely fine and that the noise was from cupped tires. I asked again and said the wheel bearings are all fine? and was told yes, there is nothing wrong with them. The noise in my car continued and actually got worse. I made an appointment at a different pep boys location mentioning the noise. The tech took the car on a test drive first to listen to the noise and then inspected my car to find 2 bad rear wheel bearings. So why did this location tell me the wheel bearings were completely fine? No test drive was even done to hear the noise I was speaking on. I don’t think I will be coming back to this location after this issue.

Road hazard for the win! Sprung a leak in my tire thanks to a nail, and they got me right in, fixed it, and got me on my way within 30 minutes. I was amazed at how fast it was. Shouout to this team for all their help!

I went to this place to align the tires on my car. I arrived at 10 am, and left at 1:30 pm. They gave me very bad service. The employee responsible for the work is very negligent and indolent. The establishment is a mess, with spare parts and facilities in poor condition. They should close this establishment. I left very upset by the staff's apathy and poor customer service. I do not recommend this place. If you want to have a bad day go and suffer this bad experience
