At Store #125 J . P. the manager was a great help. We had a low tire and it was close to closing time, but he took care of us. Thanks to his tech too. Both of them were friendly, courteous, and professional. First time at Pepboys and I was impressed. Thank you.

In Orlando for business since end of December. My older 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee lost the bracket that held the top radiator hose in place, dropping onto belt pulley and buring a hole thru. The Team at this PEP BOYS gave me a fair estimate and had it fixed in a couple hours. Labor is expensive all over for mechanics, the senior techs here know what they are doing, I trust them with any future issues I may have with my 2012 Jeep! Thank you PEP BOYS TEAM @ 7750 OBT in Orlando!! Great Setvice and they really care about the customers needs and issues with their vehicles!! Great Service Team!! Thank you!!

Friendly and efficient service! I was in and out (just got my turn signal replaced) and was not given a run around like at other pep boys in Orlando (specifically the one in Conway) I would come here again and again.

Unlike any other Pep in Orlando, no uniforms for manger or rep. No mention of free tire rotation with oil change or any other free service. Rep recommended 38-42 psi when my tire and loading sticker says 33 psi. No mention of estimated time for when they would be done. I left and came back 75 minutes later and overheard a conversation that caused me to leave. After seeing a mechanic tell a couple with no appointment (out of the clients mouth), “pull in, I’m in bay 6”; while I was standing behind to ask how much longer it would be. Only one person sitting in waiting room poor guy must have been there hours he was there before I walked in. Best part is when I told the manager I was gonna cancel he smirked then ask me, “what car was it again?” I noticed there was only one folder when he grabbed it without saying another word and handed me my keys with a smile. I use CarAdvise i remember the manager trying to scam me when I went the first time for tire change, but I had no idea an oil change would be this much trouble. Left to the very next Pep where they were all in uniform and what can I say, 45 min later tires rotated and fully inspected car video, fluids topped off with oil change and filter. All my tires set to 36 psi which I requested because of the cold. And did I mention there lobby was full when I showed up unlike this pep boys. I should of learned from my first experience when I went as a fleet member of car advise. If I wouldn’t of read everything that was included with my fleet service from CarAdvise. Manager would of succeeded in scamming me and overcharging me the first go. I will never show my face at this Pep Boys location. I feel sorry for anyone who works under that sort of leadership. But don’t take it from me just go check him out he parks his car right in front so everyone knows who’s boss. Parking spaces are not good enough for his car.

No one was at the counter when I arrived. Waited 10 minutes. Took my truck in 1 1/2 hours after my appointment. The brake service I received seems fine. My truck stops

Had a 9am appointment didn’t pull truck in until 11am.. didn’t make sense to schedule an appointment if your going to make me wait 4 hrs to plug a tire and oil change ?

Worst experience ever. Spent over 5k for a coolant leak, they made me replace a bunch of pieces and even replace 6 fuel injectors and repair the engine to at the end tell me that I need to replace my engine. I’m so disappointed… they couldn’t fix my car and I lost over 5k. They should’ve tell me the things clear from the start and recommend me to not do the repair. Joel, Evelyn and the other guy are the only good thing in this shop.

Had a 9:30AM Saturday appt. Arrived a little early and was checked in quickly. Service manager was friendly and personable. Got my oil changed and tires rotated. Great price and was out in an hour. I'll be back to have my routine services done here.

Unprofessional! & Poor customer service whoever is the women in front.I went up there and scheduled a appointment in person for one they spelled my name wrong and two I schedule my appointment for in the morning around 9/9:30am with Joel and he confirmed the time that it was in the morning. Today I got up early and called to confirm what time my appointment was and they put me on hold soon as they answered for almost 10 minutes. I could barely get a question out she interrupts me and ask for the make and model of my car. Then proceeds to tell me my appointment is at 2:00pm. I NEVER set an appointment for that time if I did I would’ve never gotten up early! Then she was rude about it. Go to any other location except this one cause they will change your appointment and never tell you.

A/C wasn't working took it to Pep Boys and they were able to fix it that day. Fast and excellent service.
