The staff is super helpful, patient, and friendly, providing excellent customer service. They are very helpful and sincere with any questions or concerns. Services include full-service grooming, veterinarian services, vaccination clinics, adoption, and training classes. The grooming service took good care of a pet, leaving it looking amazing. The store has a nice selection of products, like bird toys and dog halters. Customers enjoy savings with online shopping and in-store pickup. The retail experience is described as awesome, with staff going the extra mile.
Luis provided top of the line service! He remembers us and our little guy (Freddie the Fish) and was super helpful when we had a problem with an item! His kindness and compassion should not be taken for granted. He is a very valuable asset for PetCo!

Came in for some food and treats for my ferrets. I was greeted by Leigh. She was informative on my ferrets needs based on the description I gave her. She was spot on with their food, treatment and preparation. Definitely my favorite store.

Has a variety of items at good prices. Felt bad for several hamsters which I observed were trying various times to drink water but their bottles were all empty. Not sure how actively these are monitored but they were completely empty. Friendly staff.
