Took my dog to the groomers and this is how i got him back. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone! Completely unacceptable, if your not capable of doing your job then just don’t offer the service because this is ridiculous.

Super happy I didn't find the milk I could give to my BB Hans that we rescued him and thank God they had it and at a very good price and Hans loved it every three hours he drinks his milk happily. Blessings

Went out 10 minutes until closing to buy dog food, and everyone was nice. We are not rushed out like most places would treat someone coming in at the last minute. This is my favorite location!

I recently visited PetSmart in Orlando, Florida, and had a decent experience. The store was clean and well-stocked, but customer service could have been better. I walked past three associates who didn’t acknowledge me or offer assistance. The fourth associate finally asked if I needed help, but by that point, I had already found the product I was looking for.
Despite this, the store had a good selection of pet supplies, and checkout was quick and easy. A little more attentiveness from the staff would have made this a five-star visit.

Want to praise Caitlin our wonderful groomer. She is so kind and patient. She truly cares about the pets. I only trust her with our Tabitha. I hope her boss sees this and gives her a raise. She is the best!

Went today for puppy class with Yami. She was great! Very helpful with not only tips for training, but for fitting them with new harnesses. I have two 5 month old Great Danes and fitting them would have been almost impossible for me to do it alone, so I really appreciate her time and patience! Training area was also super clean.

I went in to just look around and the first thing I noticed was the parakeet cage unlocked with the birds escaping into the little room. I told an employee about it and they called someone to fix it. After that a pair of lizards caught my eye and I ended up purchasing them. I called an employee over to help me and he called someone else. The people who came to help seemed like they had no experience handling reptiles. They grabbed the lizards by the tail which can damage them and cause them to fall off. And they dropped one of the lizards on the ground! After they dropped it I ended up grabbing it and putting it into the carrier because I didn’t want these animals to die from improper handling. I’ve never been a huge fan of Petsmart but this experience was just ridiculous. Do better with proper animal handling training!

Manager didn't care about the health of the reptiles even we pointed out that their crested gecko was being kept at 100 degrees and very little moisture or humidity. All they did was turn off the power to the entire reptile section when other animals in that area need the heat.
Disgusting neglect/abuse of their animals.

The young female manager is extremely rude at this location. Ive been a petsmart customer for years & i have over 30 pets that I shop for at this store and they wouldn’t scan my pets prescription even though it has been done countless times before . This one very unhelpful and unprofessional encounter ive had with this specific location will now make it so I never shop at another Petsmart again.

The girl who works over there naming Karen is super rude towards costumers, she was giving a horrible attitude towards me and my husband acting like we were the one who send her to work over there. I understand people have bad days but she should not be paying her frustration towards costumers, horrible attitude. She has to be called out. Idk why work over there is she gonna have horrible costumers service and manners…

Their pet selection is awful, absolute ghost town. I asked for hamsters and they said they wouldn't get any in store until all of the birds were sold. This place sucks!!! They never answer the phone, even during their least busy hours. If you are in they area go to pet supplies plus, they are way better!!!!

Thank you Glory for doing such a beautiful job on my pup Sunny. Her report card wasn't bad but I'm going to have to talk to her about it. She loves the bow in her hair, she feels like a princess. We will see you next time.
