The grooming service in this store is terrible, they never want to attend to my pet, we have made the appointment online, we bring my dog to the store and they always look for an excuse not to give us the service, we feel uncomfortable and discriminated against by the entire The staff at this store are supposed to provide a service because they are specialists in bathing and cutting pets' hair, but they do NOT choose who they serve and who they don't. The same manager told us that they couldn't accept my dog because he has curly hair and they don't have time. What kind of service they offer, they should publish online or provide more information about the services they want or not to do and not waste our time. They should also publish what breeds or what type of pets they accept because apparently my dog is not accepted in the store.

Good place for items for your pet, my last visit was on what I consider a difficult day, December 23, and it was very different in terms of attention and grooming service, however, I would try it again

If I can give ZERO Star I would! Have done certificate to have my Pug travel and they never mentioned that they charge $1 per minute to submit a health certificate. And they keep the dog for 3 hrs to over charge out rageous fees and they don't even tell you until the end when you have to pay. I was quoted $230, and once it was time to pay the bill was $440. They did not disclose the fact they charge $1 per minute. And then not have the paper work done . Will never bring my dog there ever again. They just Rob you knowing you need the paper work done to travel.

Dead and dying. This store doesn't have regard for life and the manager would rather let animals die and replace them with new stock rather than keep what they have alive. Disgusting and shameful. I don't love seeing fish in cups, but most stores don't allow their conditions to get to this level of abuse.

Brandy groomed my dog and did an amazing job. The girl that I talked to had the name Caitlyn on her shirt so that was confusing. Don't know if it was her or Brandy but Caitlyn was very sweet and communicative of my needs for Chipu's haircut. Chipu's hair turned out wonderfully

The PetSmart at Waterford Lakes was recently a big disappointment; terrible terrible service! Needed prescription cat food(had the required RX card available), but when I asked the lingering attendant at the (just-closed) Vet counter where/how/if I could obtain the product, she rudly said only the store cashier could help me(like she had no idea, and couldn't just point me to the area?? The store cashier later pointed us to a display right beside the Vet area, lol). There were Zero(not even one) carts available, so my son had to lugg a Huge bag of litter from the back of the store. At ckout, I (very politely) asked the cashier what happened to all of their baskets. She was the rudest(& laziest) person I've probably ever encountered(shockingly worse than the Vet person!). She simply pointed to the hand basket at the side of her(like that was acceptable). Her *couldn't care less* attitude irritated me, so I (again, "painfully politely") asked why they had no baskets. She smugly grinned, saying no more than, "they're all outside". I also bought a large crate mat that was on clearance ($37.00 instead of $50.00), but when I checked my receipt in the car(Glad I did), I was charged the higher price. I had to inconveniently go back inside to have my purchase corrected(honestly, stayed very polite; it wasn't the cashier's fault if the item wasn't properly discounted in their system). Not a good trip; much worse than normal.
