Absolutely love that they brought Honest Kitchen brand to the shelves. The wet food stews and the goat milk powder is just amazing. My gsd loves them. They keep up with keeping things stocked and online orders are always done quickly. Love the new products they keep bringing in, as well as the seasonal products. They always have deals going on pretty frequently. Being an app member has its perks and they also have good deals on there as well.

Absolutely unacceptable experience at PetSmart Grooming.
I scheduled a grooming appointment for my dogs, and they called ME to reschedule because a groomer was out sick. I said I was fine coming another day, but the staff insisted I keep the same-day appointment and just switch to the afternoon. I agreed—even left work early to make it happen.
I show up, only to find out that they randomly rescheduled one of my dogs and marked the other as a no-show—as if I just didn’t show up! The kicker? They did absolutely nothing to fix it. No apology. No explanation. No accountability. I was the one inconvenienced, and they acted like it was somehow my fault.
This was 100% their mistake. If a customer no-shows, we get charged. But when THEY screw up? Crickets.
PetSmart, if this is how you treat loyal, paying customers—especially those who go out of their way to accommodate YOUR scheduling issues—you’ve lost my business. Do better.

Lady at the grooming center was rude, but so was the irresponsible customer she was assisting. The rest of the staff is always nice, and I love looking at the kitties.

Well stocked, always get my pickup orders ready quickly, but why is there not someone normally at front registers?
I get needing to stock, but shouldn't someone always be in eyesight of checkout counters? Stood there walking around looking for someone for several minutes today....no one was there. This has happened multiple times at this location.

I bring my dog here a lot to get her nails done. They always get her in quick and no appointment is needed for nails. The prices are fair as well.

Took my puppy 6 month ago to trim nails and a bath. 20 minutes later we received a called stating puppy had a wound and they couldn't provide the service, to bring puppy back once healed. (The audacity)
We picked puppy up surprised as we know the dog was 100% fine when we left. As soon as we got home to inspect the "wounds", the back paws were trimmed by THEM, and they injured FOUR out 5 nails, he was bleeding from 4 nails.
We could not believe the lack of ethics, and the lies. Completely unprofessional, not taking ownership of injuring the dog and of course upset at the fact that they injured my dog and batlantly lied about it as if it wasn't obviously clear they cut his nails.
Needless to say we haven't returned, and never will. EXTREMELY disappointed with the experience. I failed my puppy by taking him to this place

Do NOT come here for Spot Vet vaccinations. They are incredibly disorganized, rude and it's not worth saving the few bucks over a vet visit.
We arrived 15 minutes early to the event, and were already behind 25+ people. They had one large line, which they eventually split into two: Prepaids and Non-Prepaids. They were only taking pre-paids for 30 minutes, until someone spoke up that only one line was moving. That is when we found out that people were in the wrong lines, and even though we were in the right line, they had been taking people in wrong lines the entire time.
When challenged on why the lines were taking so long, the supervisor was incredibly rude and told everyone "you are free to go to another clinic". How about instead of having three workers helping one client get checked in, you split it up and work both lines? Also, we spoke to someone who said it took 30 minutes just to get one shot done after they had been checked in. The vet can do that in under 5.
Point blank: Spend the extra money to go to the vet and do not come here for vaccinations.

Caroline D. did an amazing job grooming my dog! She looks absolutely beautiful. The service was outstanding, and Caroline's attention to detail and care were incredible. She was very kind and patient with my pet, making the whole experience wonderful. I highly recommend Caroline to anyone looking for top-notch grooming services.

Super bad customer service.. When in to buy over $400 worth of items for my fish tank, only 2 people working and one is at register.. waited over 20 min no one was able to help, since the second girl was talking & talking about personal opinions with other people.. they both acknowledged me but didt care, so I walk out!! Spend my money on another store!!!
