PetSmart is the world's largest pet supply and services retailer, providing over 10,000 products for various pets, including dogs, cats, birds, fish, and small animals. Customers appreciate the well-stocked stores and the convenience of quick pickup orders. Many enjoy the grooming services, with specific praise for staff members like Caroline and Gabby, who have been noted for their outstanding care and attention to detail. Customers find the prices for grooming reasonable, especially for larger breeds. However, some reviews mention issues with customer service at the grooming center and the lack of staff at checkout counters, leading to longer wait times. Overall, PetSmart offers a wide range of products and services, making it a popular choice for pet owners.

Jess is absolutely amazing and cuts my heavily anxious dog’s nails quickly and with precision despite her craziness. Thank you so much!
