I had a excellent experience as Shakina picked up my pod. She was pleasant and even called me 30 minutes before so I had a heads up on when she was coming. I will use pods again for my future needs.

Shakina was excellent! She called before hand to make sure the POD was loaded on the truck the correct way, made sure the POD was dropped in the correct location and helped direct the others drivers to also be in the right place.
