“Don't do money orders, including when you cashing them, but for every other postal needs it's best postal office. Also where else you can printout everything from PDF for half dollar a page??? Go to UPS store they will charge you $4 or more for that!!! Not a regular post office, for inquiries of mail delivery use 32809 or 32819 post offices, Turkey Lake and Orange avenue, also sometimes lack grey boxes in their inventory, so it's better use your own. Still deserve best ratings in my honest review!!!”

“I had an issue with a delivery person, that misdirected my Package on Saturday 04/26.
On Monday 04/28, I went in to the Post Office on locating the Package. I’m Sorry I didn’t get Names. But the Customer Service Rep, and the Manager both went out of their way to assist me. And I received my package Today.
Thank You.”

“I have had my mailbox in this location for almost a year. They provide great customer service and are very professional to deal with. Oscar forwards my mail, since I live out of town. He is always courteous and professional every time I speak with him.”

“I had great service at this location. They even had the stamps I wanted lol. However I want to recognize one person in particular, Kerel, this gentleman was so kind to me and patient! He went above and beyond when it came to dealing with my shipment. I truly appreciate him for this. It made my day ?”

“This particular post office is a little hard to find as it is in a small building on a side street just off of West Colonial Drive in the Pine Hills section of Orlando, Florida. The parking lot is not large by any means, but again, this is small post office.Ultimately, this post office served its purpose and I was able to get some mail out.Overall, I will give it four stars”

“I live a short distance from the post office and I must say that although there are some things that are in need of upgrades and the building does need to be refurbished, I am happy with the services rendered to me. The staff are knowledgeable and pleasant to interact with. I have seen times when customers have been extremely arrogant and cruel to them and they just smiled and carried on with dignity. The line can be long but I ask that when you do get their make sure you have everything in order for the process to go smoothly. Remember they are people also and unlike us they have to deal with attitudes for the majority of the day.”

“Maria was great! She was kind and patient, and very efficient. I never mail things by USPS so I had lots of questions, and she made sure I understood everything and was very helpful.”

“Do not visit this USPS if you want to send mail or drop off a package, as they will not accept it. This is a small post office, and does not have the full retail store. You can only pick up packages, so do not visit this USPS. Instead, visit the other USPS located down the road.”

“wanted to share a positive experience since unfortunately most only share the bad ones. i was very nervous about going in to set up mail services at my new address, as it’s the first time i’m renting a property and was unsure what all i needed. pedro was super friendly and explained everything very well, and helped me get setup with my mailbox keys. he also gave the new lock to the mailman while i was there so i got access to my mailbox same day. i’ve been having problems with setting up services elsewhere so it really made my day to have such a quick and easy process!”

“This is the best post office I have been to. The staff were ever so helpful and attentive not only to me, but also other customers that I saw them attending to. I had a very bad experience with staff in Ocala main PO for years and it was refreshing to see how nice the staff here were. I thought they deserved a shout out. God bless them all.”

“Thank you, Nilsa and Jonathan, for fixing the locks on my mailbox the same day. I've been having issues since August, and it has been broken since then. I've been to this location three times and dealt with three different clerks, all of whom were disrespectful and miserable, giving me the runaround just to get my lock fixed. Even Regina, the postmaster, was disrespectful and rude when I asked her for help. You guys deserve a raise for your excellent customer service and for caring about my situation.”

“My postman (3435 South Orange Ave 32806 ) that delivers to my residence is the best ever. This guy is such a hard worker he's so professional and polite. He deserves to be in charge of a post office. The guy will go the extra mile for you every time never forgets anything he's on point. THE BEST POSTMAN I HAVE EVER HAD”

“Definitely agree, most un friendly, un accommodating and rude workers. At Alafaya Post Office

I worked for the Post Office over 35 years ago.
Every employee was out to undo each other and were so so nice to all that walked in.”

“I rarely visit the post office, but today I had to return a package and was truly impressed by the phenomenal service I received from Lucy. Even though there was a line, she noticed I needed help and kindly picked me out to assist right away. Lucy didn’t just process my return she walked me through the entire process with patience, professionalism, and a genuine smile. She made what could have been a stressful errand quick and easy. Employees like Lucy make all the difference. She was amazing and truly deserves recognition, a raise, and a promotion!”

“2016Good service. Friendly staff2024It's been 8 years since we moved to this area and started going to this post office.Of course, there are queues here, especially when before the holidays everyone needs to send packages and gifts at once. If three operators are working at once, then things go quickly. The postal manager just needs to make sure there isn’t a long queue. Install a television camera or borrow experience from the ALDI store. And you will succeed. After all, the staff is qualified and friendly, it is always a pleasure to deal with them.Thank you!”

“I moved to a new house, and I requested mailbox lock change and receive mailbox keys from here. This branch is not for general purpose of mail sending. Go to other USPS branch.

Since 08/24/2022 mailbox key change costs 35 dollars + tax

They open at 9am in the morning, it's guaranteed you to be late at work unfortunately.”
