We bought a coffee table and a lamp that were supposedly ready for delivery. They have changed the delivery date 2 times already. I reached out to customer service and they told me it's scheduled a week from now but if I buy something else they can ship sooner....really??? I already paid for expensive shipping and now this? Is this Pottery Barn's business practice???

Horrible, horrible, HORRIBLE store.We bought a furniture piece with our credit card and awaited delivery. Guess what? They cancelled at the last minute saying our credit card didn't go through? WHY DID THEY WAIT?Then, they spam me every single day.BOYCOTT this store and boycott Pottery Barn. There's a reason there are many 1-star reviews.

Do not order from this company. Their estimated delivery time is false and they do not assist in any fashion in helping find out why the item was not delivered to the store for pickup. An estimated 2 week delivery at check out turned into over 6 weeks with still no ETA. They also have the worst customer service ever - especially for a high end retailer. Store did check to see if received a couple times, but said they cant do anything since didnt order at location.

DO NOT PURCHASE A PB GIFT CARD. If you or anyone that receives a card, uses it for an online purchase, and returns the item or cancels the order...there is no clear mechanism to get the value back to the card...there is no way for them to put the credit back on your card. We have been waiting 5 weeks now, and have spent hours on the phone to get a $42.54 credit back on an order that was cancelled before the item even shipped. 6 Reps have promised the credit in the form of an e-Certificate, but we have not received it as promised. Avoid the temptation to give a PB gift card to anyone...unless you hate them.

Bed delivered and set up today! The bed that Pottery Barn delivered today is the final piece of furniture and items recently purchased at the Mall of Millenia location here in Orlando. Super store service! Super delivery service! Excellent product. Yes, we had to wait a little while, but it was well worth it. This store has excellent employees, as does their delivery company. We highly recommend purchasing from this store.

This company has THE WORST customer service of any company I have ever dealt with. Buyer beware! Once they get your money they could care less if you have issues. I will never give them another penny. It's sad, because they used to be a reputable company but have gone so far downhill, it's unbelievable. What a headache dealing with these people!
