Gem was great, I brought a 4x4 and couldn’t find it and assisted me quickly, and i decided to change to a drive up one instead and she made the process very simple and seamless, we’ll be coming back again

Gem was such a delight to work with. We stood some time in the office, but she made our visit very pleasant. I will highly recommend renting with Gem. The office smelled so good too.
