Worst of all . They never answer the phone. I have a claim since December and still waiting for my refund because they broke my wall. Extremely bad customer service. Damien came to see the damage after 6 months he promised that everything will be taken care and I'm still waiting. They should close for business.

Delivery of refrigerator went well. Both delivery men and gentleman on the phone were very pleasant. They all were friendly and answered my questions.

They damaged the microwave and rushed out of the house before we could discover it. Now they won't fix it and we are having to buy another one!!! They owe me for the new one and won't admit it
