We booked a 10 persons suite. Everywhere and on their site it says they are on 6,7 and 8 floor. We arrived for 21 days and they gave us connecting rooms on 5th. I asked reception and the answer was on 6,7 and 8 are the luxury suites. The rooms in 5th were a little old dated and every day I wondered how the suites would look. I was disappointed. Why do Hotels do that. The location was perfect. Breakfast oke if you arrive in time.
Thnx for the reaction. We are still in the hotel. Till 8-19-25 maybe you can contact us.

Horrible customer service from Deborah at reception. Spoke very rudely to my father who was trying to get help regarding our rooms. Our room door was unable to open and the maintenance was coming. But Deborah told us to check out if we are unhappy in a horrible tone and attitude. Horrible customer service on her behalf. We have stayed at Ramada Orlando before and thoroughly enjoyed our stay a few years ago. Deborah has ruined a start to our trip, and truly put a dent on our celebrations. Someone needs to do something about her, making customers feel unsafe, unwanted and as if we are a burden on the staff.
We have paid for a nice hotel for our stay, but instead treated as if we are staying for free. Thoroughly disappointed and will not be recommending.
Our room numbers were in the South Block.

I was here back in 2016! I remember it fondly, I did not want to leave. Pretty much perfect location for your everyday tourist, I mean, the place is on a road called International Drive, what do you expect!

One of the least accommodating establishments i have ever stayed at apart from front desk staff who do I believe the best they can but everything else about this establishment is poor from the convenience of getting around hotel, to certain amenities that are available at the most basic hotels like drinks , snacks , kids stuff , safety is also an issue doors dont close all the time and keys don't work for selected room. Only one elevator working.

The lady at front deck was very friendly and helpful. Big thumbs up for the lady name is Ms Bertha-ann. Keep the good work. Other personal of the hotel was also friendly.
I have nice and quiet stay ant this hotel. I love to go there again.

BIG Shout to the Staff & Management!!! The staff are great especially Hilda and Corine! Great Job! And the lobby staff who keeps the Reception clean and smelling nice. The location was on International Drive with restaurants walking distance. We stayed for 14 nights from the UK and the breakfast staff were amazing and looked after us, Minerva was always helpful. We have stayed here before and our room is amazing with big nice TV's, comfortable beds, well lit rooms and the bathroom are nice with the showers. Best of all it is quiet and the security is good, you need a key to enter the elevator. We are DEFINITELY coming back again. They dont charge any additonal fees, free parking, and shuttle to Disney and Universal. THANK YOU for a memorable stay!!!!

Great location near by Universal and not too far from Disneyworld. Our room had amazing views to the lake. Very comfy beds and living room. Breakfast wasn’t bad, maybe need it a bit more of protein alternatives apart from boiled eggs. Swimming pool was nice but closing a bit early. Something that was really annoying was the fact that having 2 elevators, only one was working. 12 floors with dozens of rooms per floor…It was frustrating sometimes. We were in the 7th floor and most of the time we used the stairs, but imagine being a older person or a family with kids.

Very pleasant and helpful staff. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. Lovely bathroom.
Later in our stay, only one of the 2 lifts in the South Tower were operating then 2 days before our departure there was a problem with the working lift which left it out of order from the early evening. As our room was on the 12th floor there was no way my wife would be able to use the stairs. As a result the helpful check
in staff(Bertha Ann) moved us to the 4th floor of the north Tower.
This was a bigger room with a kitchen & lounge but not as modern or comfortable as our original room, but at least we could get to the room.

This is rather an old post. We stayed at Ramada Plaza, Orlando, in July 2013. The stay was good, and the buffet choice for breakfast was excellent, including the OJ. The location is fantastic considering access to the theme parks. Good room, laundry room and service.

The Good: Location was great. Hotel was great. Service was great. Good value.
The Bad: Pillows were horrible and need to be replaced. I would prefer actual blankets vs just sheets that are supplied. I was in room 419 and the bathroom door needs fixed. Several times I thought I would be locked inside the bathroom.
