The location is great to get to all the spots in the entertainment sections of Orlando but there is a very narrow way into and out of the parking lot. The hotel is showing its age with beds that are fine but an upgrade is welcome and the AC unit is slow at times.

From desk team respectful. But the shawer was stuck and just little shampoo provided for bath. Buy yeah 👍 amazing team.

A very nice clean room ,11th floor with lovely views of the surrounding area, Close to Universal studios and Islands of adventure.
