I originally booked this hotel for a 3 night trip last week. Luckily I came to this site before the cancellation window had closed and saw that several credit card fraud claims had been made while at this property. After seeing this I decided to cancel immediately. A short time later I was advised by my bank that my card had possibly been compromised. This has never happened to me and there is no other logical reason with the timing except for the booking I made at this location. I would stay far away from this one at all costs.

Stayed here in 2016 and had no complaints but this time I had problems. The first one being that when they swiped my Credit Card ( Hotel already paid for in a package deal) for incidentals I might have, my credit card company called me 3 days later to say they noticed suspicious activity on my card. Apart from swiping it at Ramada Plaza it was locked in the safe for the whole time. I was absolutely livid to hear of this and the credit card company cancelled my card. Its a good job i didn't need to use it in an emergency.Only one dryer worked in the North Tower so that was a pain. The shower head was leaking out of the shower pipe the first night we used the shower, but it was fixed within 10 minutes. The buses to the parks are rubbish. If you miss the 6.00pm one back to the hotel you have to wait until 9.10 pm for the next one from Disney. They only had one bus back from Universal at 7.00pm and it took so long to get to Disney because of all the hotel pick ups. The staff were the best part of the hotel as they were very friendly and helpful. Although i had already booked for next September, i have now cancelled my stay at Ramada and picked another hotel , as they are not going to rob me twice. They should accept cash payments as well as card payments. Wouldn't stay here again. They have lost a good customer. They don't care that customer's cards are being cloned as they just fob you off with excuses. BEWARE

Our bank card was cloned here. It was used once on arrival when they required it for the room deposit. They don’t accept cash for deposit only card. Won’t use this hotel again. I don’t have anything positive to say about the hotel apart from it’s very close to universal and volcano bay.

Great, affordable hotel in Orlando. Clean rooms great views, and an extra friendly, helpful staff. Security safe hotel, remember to carry you room card at all times. Loved it. I will be staying here again in the future.

We are due to arrive at the hotel in early April 2018, we were looking forward to it, however after seeing some of the reports l am now not sure. I contacted the hotel to see and to ensure that these problems have been solved and sorted. I was told they would not contact me back in time, I was totally wrong, they did contact me very nicely and quickly (by email) to let me know that if l had any issues the staff would look into them asap. They kindly said “The Staff & Management hope and will work hard to assure that you have a great stay with us!” I was very happy to hear this from them. I do ask if it was possible to upgrade to a club suite room, again email went backwards and forward between me and the very helpful staff - in the end we have an upgraded ( yes we have paid more but we are happy to do so) big thanks to Veronica for all her support in this matter. See you all soon, take care and thanks again.
Just hoping it all works out in April.
