Location is good, just minutes away from Universal and walking distance to restaurants and stores. Room was clean, but did have to tell the front desk that it did smell of smoke and had a musty smell. I also did not know there was a $250 security deposit ? when we checked in. Wished that was disclosed when we booked. Pool closed at dusk each night; didn't know that upon checking in either, not until my family and I went down after we got back from a long day at Universal. Also, the continental breakfast was okay. Lots of carb options; very little protein and fresh fruit options.

Rooms are a little old but clean. Breakfast was okay, one day eggs, next day sausage, but never both. Minimal breakfast but large seating area. Pool: nice! Location: Easy to walk up and down International Drive.

Visited here from NY for 3 days. Now when I go on vacation I want to enjoy myself not work. They do housekeeping every 3 days which is definitely not fair to guests that are not staying a long time. We couldn’t get our sheets changed, bed made nada. Had to ask for towels and rags. No one comes to your room to even ask if you need anything. The front desk receptionist was very snobby. I don’t even remember her name but I know she wears glasses. The room wasn’t cleaned very good and had a lot of mosquitoes ?The only great thing is the hotel is located on the strip around almost everything. The pool and jacuzzi were very warm so that was a great thing

Lovely hotel and close to universal studios. Would have liked the shuttle to have more than one time coming and going to universal as it limited the time there. Breakfast was great. Internet was sketchy after leaving the lobby. Safe off street parking.

I Uber frequently and was picking up guests at this Resort at 5:00 a.m.. boy their security is tight.. LOL there was no way to get in that Lobby this morning, bad news for me as far as getting pictures are concerns but good news for the guests showing that they have very strict guidelines when it comes to security.. so I had to wait for the guests to come down.. normally I would take pictures of the inside of the lobby.. the resort is off of International Drive but it has a very very small driveway in between two large establishments you have to drive in between the two establishments back behind them to the Ramada Inn from what I could see if the lobby looked nice enough but no one was at the front desk but there's a huge Ramada sign on International Drive so there's no way to miss it ?

A decadent hotel, upon entering it seemed elegant, but there were armchairs in reception with torn upholstery. We only had breakfast included and it was the poorest and most varied breakfast I have ever seen and of terrible quality.

I liked this Hotel Ramada International Drive, good location, good service and nice room.Rooms: They had everything you needed, it was a spacious and comfortable room, I recommend it. They clean once every 3 days, but I think it is enough. If you need towels or something else, the reception and the rest of the hotel departments quickly respond to the request.Nearby activities: There are many restaurants, malls, shops, and parks in general, everything is nearby. Plena International Drive.Safety: The place where it is located is safe, and the hotel also has adequate security day and night.Walkability: You can walk quietly, and there are restaurants that are very close to walk.Food & drinks: The only thing we used for meals was breakfast. For a hotel like this, breakfast does not have much variety, there are many lines to make the pancakes since it is a machine or to toast the bread. The majority they give is bread or flour, about two kinds of fruits, coffee and milk mainly. As I mentioned before, in this it was owed. Apart from this good place.

This hotel is old and once you step into the room it shows. The only thing nice about this hotel is the lobby. The rooms are very Outdated. Carpets are old Beds are uncomfortable The tv is small. Toilet is right next to tub. Shower head only high enough for a person under five feet. Towels were gray. Breakfast was very basic. I would not stay here again. No coffee in the room or in the lobby. The only thing good was location two other things. But the outside did not look safe.

Very good hotel, excellent category, the room on the 9th floor that we had was impeccable due to the view it had, everything was very neat and clean, the spaces extremely comfortable. The breakfast leaves a little to be desired, it is very basic, but the location is the best, it is minutes from Universal and on a main street like International Drive.

At 330pm the front desk receptionist was rude when asked if there was early check-in. The parking lot was empty. Seemed like she was having a bad. Only 1 elevator.

Very disappointed. Rude staff at reception. Tired rooms. Room not serviced once in 6 days. No coffee making facilities in room. Unbearably noisy air conditioning. Bar a joke. Had to pay for drinks at reception. Breakfast 'synthetic' and not up to European standards. All dishes and cutlery disposable...very ecological.Frequently nobody on reception. Cannot believe it is endorsed by British Airways. Won't trust BA again.Rooms: Room was tired. No coffee/tea faciltiesNo service during 6 day stayFood & drinks: Breakfast poor. No tea.Bread awful.
