This location is perfect women at the front desk is so nice an me an my daughter slept great! It was so peaceful an calm in the room. Pool is beautiful as well an the gym is nice to have.

The GPS didn't want to show us tue correct way to get here, but once we got here. We didn't have any issues! Very decently close to Universal (about 15 mins away, depending on traffic) and Baby was amazing and so sweet when we checked in! Great price and really pretty! The breakfast was also only $7 for all you want! Pretty good deal imo

This is my third time at the Orlando Palms. The rooms are big and clean, the staff is friendly, breakfast is only $7, and it's very close to the airport. Always a good choice.

I had paid my room in full beforehand and informed them about my late arrival, which they confirmed was fine. When I finally arrived at 1:30am, they told me they were overbooked and there was nothing they could do, leaving me completely stranded.
If you are considering booking here, beware. The manager at the hotel I eventually found nearby told me he regularly receives guests in the same situation because of this place. I even saw a couple of girls sleeping in the lobby who seemed to be going through the exact same problem.
The only positive part was that the lobby staff let me borrow the phone, but overall this was a terrible experience. Never again with this scammy hotel.

So far so good. Make sure you understand its 3pm check in. Was nice and let us store our bags in storage while we went sight seeing.
