I took my grandson to Orlando for spring break this years, and I booked our stay at the Ramada Florida Mall hotel March 12-15. The hotel was beautiful however the front desk clerk gave me a dirty room honest mistake right. I return the 1st key, exchanged for a different room only to find the 2nd room was dirty as well. I went back for the 3rd time to complain only to find other customers standing at the front counter, the front desk clerk QUIT!!!! I waited from 7:45pm until 10:05pm for a manger to arrive. Overall it was OK but definitely need better MANAGEMENT!!!!!

The worst hotel experience I have had. So unprofessional. We arrived at 7 pm to check in, walked into our first room and it looked like the housekeeping staff had quit their jobs in the middle of the day. The bed was partially stripped of the dirty sheets, the bathroom was dirty, had no shower curtain or towels, the floor was also not clean. So we returned to the front desk to ask for another room as we assumed this was just a fluke, only to see that our second room was the exact same way. We return to the lobby a second time and three other families are there with the same problem, along with multiple other people waiting to check in. The other people waiting then informed us that the front desk worker (who was the only person working that night) had left the building and never returned. So we waited in the lobby alone for over an hour while the front desk phone rang off the hook and no one came to replace the worker who walked off. Eventually, a new desk worker showed up and gave us a third room to try which actually was clean, after other guests had already left for other hotels. We checked in at 7 and did not receive a room until after 10. No explanation of what had happened, no manager on site, and I only received $20 in discount after a three hour wait in the lobby. I never got to talk to a manager even after calling. We realize that flukes happen but my main issue is that check in was as early as 3 pm and we did not check in until 7 pm, so other guests hours before us must have seen this issue and management did nothing to fix it and was not present at all that entire night.

Horrible service!! Will never stay here again. My reservation is already paid for, arrived at 8:30 pm, given card key headed to the room, opened the door and bed not made, comforter on the floor, room not cleaned.. Came back to front office where the night staff Raphel took off and left and said someone else would help with another room. Walked back in and left his badge and keys on the desk.no other staff was on site. Been 45 mins now, no one at the front desk the entire time, and now a lobby full of guests with the same issue.. Called Customer care office and files a complaint.. Absolutely ridiculous!! I hope everyone else in that lobby writes a review as well. Finally at 9:45 an employee came running I the front entrance, obviously called in.. Cancelled my reservation and went up the street to another hotel!
