"Friendly staff but limited ability to use critical thinking. They seem to operate under the premise that all customers have bad credit and ask for employment reference and people reference even for a one month rental. I tried to explain to the person that he can charge the price of the refrigerator I wanted to rent to my credit card if I didn’t return it on time. His response was that it was company policy and he had to contact the references. I guess they never consider doing a credit check."

"Rented on and off from this location for a few years. Had scheduled for my furniture to be picked up 2 weeks in advance, confirmed with them twice and rearranged my work schedule to accommodate THEIR request for a Thursday pick up instead of a Friday pick up, even though i paid through Friday. I was given a time frame between 2pm and 4pm. At 3:50pm i received a call from the store. He asked me if i "really needed it picked up today" and if they could come tomorrow because they're backed up. I told them no, i have work and it needs to be done today. He said he would call me when the "guys with the truck called him". Its now 4:40 and i have heard nothing and they're still not here. I have to go to work. Calling them again. Ridiculous.
Update * they showed up at 4:50. The woman and man who are here are very nice. I don't think scheduling issues are their fault."

"Rude, ignorant, ghetto people! Give more problems to the people who actually pay. They are already getting 3x what the furniture is worth. You should be thanking me you're making money off my late fees, it makes up for all those that steal from you. Every single time i have made my payments! Real stand up establishment!!"
