I see why people told me don’t go to RentAcenter. Ignacio was great to work with but there is another gentleman that works in that store. He is rude, obnoxious and condescending. I was trying to explain my situation and he kept talking over me. I called the store to speak with Ignacio and he refused to let me talk to him. That gentleman needs to be fired, he doesn’t need to work in Customer Service.

The people who work here are all very rude. Don’t give them your money, they will treat you like garbage and act like they have a right to. When I got my items delivered, I was told to basically put it together myself. When my sister died I had to adjust my pay date and they spoke to me like garbage. I would suggest going to Aaron’s or another leasing company because these people are the worse. Perhaps it’s just this location? Either way do yourself the favor and don’t do it. Just read the rest of their reviews all one star ratings. Clearly management doesn’t mind.

PROTECT YOURSELF!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE - Fraudulent payment activity takes place here and no ownership from staff. FOR YOUR SAFETY Do not store any cards on file for auto pay at any time they will withdrawal the total amount due. Rodney, Ignacio or Suly were NOT able to help when we called concerned about our payment we informed Rodney we did not authorize this payment as we were in the hospital on the day a payment was processed and he responded "You can pick up the phone in the hospital". The point was missed my money was taken without authorization, and with a rude remark! Imagine dealing with this on the birth date of my child!

They provide a very kind customer support, but employees delivers damaged articles. I received a bedroom set with 'splitted' bed raisers, the delivery guy was good enough distracting me from notice before he leaves.Yet they want you to keep paying for the article while asking you to wait for the exchange process a very long time.

I will start off positive and say the drop off (although they were 5 hours late) and pick up was so easy. You tell them a day and they do the rest. The most i had to do was open a door for them. The furniture (once it got delivered) looked really nice.Now I'm done being positive....I had a contract with them but my payment kept changing, the sales person forgot to add the platform for my bed on my original contract and emailed me a separate contact for it after they delivered my furniture and maybe though I wouldn't notice? I called the store and argued with 3 different guys about it but I got no where. I tried calling customer service and they were no help either. This company needs to know their in business because of their customers and when they treat us horribly we go elsewhere. I ended up having them pick up their furniture 4 months early and rented from another company. Their a bit more expensive but I've had no problems with price and they talk to me like a human.

Deserves 0 stars. Staff is very rude specifically Josue (Store manager). He expects you to answer to him as if he’s some sort of God. I asked for an extension due to me not working because we were obviously in a pandemic. He stated “we’re working, how come you’re not working” and then he also stated “I need to know where you’re getting the money from later to pay if you’re not working”. Very rude and disrespectful. I will never again purchase from a RAC company. I did however pay my agreement off early just to avoid doing any more business with them. There were 2 other times I asked for an extension and they withdrew from my account anyways resulting in them having to give me a refund, because the manager (notated my request on the account). Never again.

When I first called Rent-a-center Ignacio Armas was kind enough to help me I really needed a new bed for my new apartment and I needed something fast and affordable. I never did rent a center before so I had no clue what I was getting myself into but Ignacio Armas was truly attentive and caring the whole way. He was speedy in making sure I was ready to go. He answered all of my questions and I got my furniture literally days later. When the delivery guys arrived they were on time and fast and efficient! I want to say thank you to Rodney and Diego for being kind enough to help me set everything up in my room. You both took your time and made sure I didn’t lift a finger! I am truly happy with your team and I will be reaching out to HR to let them know how happy I was with my service. It’s definitely a great way to receive furniture in a short amount of time! I’m very humbled and thankful! Thank you! Keep up the good work ?

Don't waste your time.! Just go to Aaron's or Own it Now because this location has a lack of communication. Not speaking English wise. Im speaking business wise. I tried to rent a laptop & it literally took so long for the woman to verify my information. They don't call to follow-up with you about anything & when you do call its always a super long hold time. I even signed the contract for the laptop but they NEVER communicated if they can deliver or not. Its always something & its not like they'll call & tell you.! You have to call them & ... ive given this enough of my energy .. save your time & rent elsewhere. Their service can use a lot of adjustments bc these negative reviews are 100% accurate.

DO NOT RENT FROM THEM! The techs are not trained. While setting up my washer they didn’t set up the drainage and I did a load of laundry before work and when I came home almost 10 hours later my whole launders room and pantry and part of my kitchen was flood and when I called they acted like “oh well, he must of forgot to set up the drain” like oh well and then it took them several days to fix it. After about 6 months I was drying my clothes all the power in my house went out for almost a whole day I had to have duke energy come out and fix it. Turns out whom ever set up the dryer used set up the plug wrong and it completely blew out my dryer outlet. Out for MY pocket I had to buy a new outlet and dryer breaker PLUS pay an electrician to fix it. Not only that but I’ve paid over $2500 for this set so far and we’re in the middle of a pandemic but god forbid I’m a week late they will cal everyone employers coworkers and people I didn’t even tell them I know I think they stalk my social media. They harass people and act like their not getting paid, they act like they aren’t the incompetent ones who over charge for their territory service.
