About RROA Car Rental
RROA Car Rental offers a smooth booking process and straightforward service. The staff is friendly and professional, and the car is clean, reliable, and in great condition. Pickup and drop‑off are quick and hassle‑free, making the trip easier. Prices are fair and overall rental cost is great, especially for last‑minute bookings. The company’s insurance requirements are clear; customers should read the fine details and be prepared, because even with two and a half out of three coverages the cost can match an airport rental. Many customers report that the company saved their vacation, avoiding extra insurance fees that other agencies charge. An agent provided a shuttle from the airport and even drove customers back to avoid missing a return flight, a nice gesture. Some reviewers note that contacting an agent can be hard at times, but overall service is excellent. Staff are polite, professional, and helpful. RROA Car Rental is recommended for a stress‑free, reliable car rental experience.
