I placed an order online to pickup next day and when I got to the store (26 hrs later) the order wasn’t ready. The excuse? The previous guy didn’t do his job.
On the other hand you go there today and you take a product from a specific point, you go next day and the same product is on the opposite side of the store. Does it means organized? No way!!!
Finally you place an order, they are out of stock on at least one item.

"The customer service was helpful above and beyond. She helped me by confirming amount on Sam's gift card. Told me I had to be a member to use it for gas. A company had given it to me to reimburse for travel exp. Then she directed me to go to Walmart that has a gas station. Company should have been made aware of caveat so I would have been warned not to waste time going to Sam's. "
