I came in upset and left a happy man thanks to Ilyanna Doril ?? as an employee of spectrum she put herself in my shoes as a consumer and took care of me every step of the way. Especially how she handled my frustration shows how big her character really is!! Thanks to her again

Got new spectrum service 2 lines and internet gig for a good price. I worked with Luis and he helped me get the best deal and was super patient with me throughout the process porting my numbers over from metro. Great customer service thank you sir
