The store is packed with walk in customers , no one greeted me and it’s four workers and only two is doing their best they can. I am very disappointed this store never moved this slow with their service I was always in and out.

Nestor gave me excellent customer service after my horrible experience at the Ocoee location. He was very attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. He is a true representation of what Spectrum is all about.
