I think the staff may have changed here since I was last in 1.5 years ago. I went in recently to trade in my leased phone for a newer one and I didn't recognize anyone. I was greeted promptly and given superior customer service by Chelsea and her female coworker whose name I can't recall. Both ladies were friendly and knowledgeable. They answered all of my questions patiently and professionally. I met the manager on duty briefly and he was professional as well. I see a lot of bad reviews on here but I am sure it was the previous staff. Teams change frequently in retail. Anyhow, I was very happy with the way I was treated and wouldn't hesitate to return. Also, during these Covid 19 times, I was glad they required masks of their staff and their customers. They limited the number of customers allowed in at one time and they sanitized things repeatedly while I was there.

The staff here are possibly the rudest I have ever encountered. I waited hours to have my phone set up. They kept asking me to come back. They never did accomplish it. I had to keep my old phone because all of my pictures and apps could not be imported. Now Sprint is charging me bc I couldn't turn in my old phone! The absolute worst place to go!

This Sprint store has the worst customer service I have ever seen. Sprint needs to do something and fire these people! The good reviews must be from the employees or friends of theirs. They do not acknowledge you when you walk in. No hello. Make you feel like an imposition. They were not busy so three of them chatted with a male customer flirting away. The person helping me was not able to help. She did not know anything! I knew more about phones than she! She kept glaring at me because she wanted to go flirt more. Never did get her to help me. She just walked away into the back and never returned! These people are mean. Do not go there!

I know it's cliché, but if there was a 0 stars option, that's what I'd rate this location. Instead of customer service, they provided customer DISSERVICE. I will be cancelling my Sprint account as a result of my interaction with this location's personnel. The reps treated me as though I, the customer, work for them. And I found them to be less equipped to solve problems than artificial intelligence is. I had to contact a store in NY for resolution by phone. Such a terrible experience makes me excited for the day they're replaced with robots.

On this particular trip it was great, my wait time was short but my service was superior. The technicians were awesome and the advisor was spot on.

Only my second time here but not impressed the wait time is beyond acceptable. the lack of even acknowledging the existence of customers is seriously lacking, still waiting for 35 min now and was 3rd on the wait list.....still 3rd... I just want to pick up my phone from repair, nothing more, feel like I'm at the DMV

Went in to get help with two new phones we received in mail. Anthony was the tech helping me, he was very knowledgeable and efficient. Best customer service I’ve had in a long time. Thank you Anthony! Note: this store gets busy and they don’t rush the customers they are working with just to get to the next customer, so bring your patience or stay home.

I was told that I had to replace my phone entirely with my insurance because the back of the screen was cracked?? I guess they only fix the face side of your phone. Then they tried to push a new phone on me like if it was their original intention. I went in initially and told them that I just needed the charging port fixed because my phone had issues charging and that I didn't care if the screen is cracked. Just a fyi, they're not there to help you, they are there to try and make as much money off of you as possible. Going to another location. No longer going to try and get services here anymore. Don't have time for financial games...

I never like to complain. However i went in today to get my sons phone fixed and had the worst service ever. I got skipped over in line, which whatever no big deal. When i talked to the lady behind the counter she was so clueless on her job. How do you work for a company and not know answers. If she was new why didn’t she ask. She also, had a attitude like i was bothering her. I hate sprint and will be canceling my three lines after over ten years with them. This was the icing on the cake!!!!!

Technical support 5 stars. Staff including manager were not helpful. I was told we don't do customer service. This has been the worst experience I've ever had with Sprint at the Waterford Lakes store. As soon as I can I am cancelling my lease since I don't have service in my home. I am paying for service which I don't have. SPRINT knows that there are 2 towers that are out. This is a serious problem. I need to have cell service due to my health condition. I have nothing more to say.

I would never reccomend anyone come here, you have multiple employees on their phones doing nothing. I haven been here waiting for over an hour to just return a product. You have 3 people all helping out the same person. Its just ridiculous if your going to any sprint please listen and drive an extra 10 mins away to get good customer service and a decent wait time.

Staff is not friendly. You will walk in and no one greets you. You stand waiting for help and it only comes after your upset from waiting. I do not recommend this location period. Take your money somewhere else.

If you ever wanted to know what it would be like if communism won instead of capitalism just come to this place. The wait is forever. Maybe they should try to bonus the employees so that they're more motivated to be faster. Today they blasted salsa music so loud nobody could actually hear anything. I personally like salsa music a lot but I can't believe it was so loud that when people were calling names you couldn't even hear the names being called. The associate said she " could not" turn it off. I didn't ask for it to be turned off, I only asked her to be turned down when she blasted it again. Customers did not like it going so loud because everybody kept going up and turning it down. And she kept turning it back up. It was really weird just like this store. PEOPLE COULD HEAR THEIR NAMES BEING CALLED! IT IS TOO LOUD. I think the craziest thing here is the obnoxious time do you have to sit around and wait. Today is Sunday, instead of making people pissed off for waiting for hours why don't you bring more people into work. The more people you have the more people you can cycle through in the more money you will make. God for bid I wanted to buy an assessor he would have to sit around forever trying to talk to somebody.

Just visited this Sprint store with my girlfriend and to my disappointment had to leave due to lack of service. She was waiting all day to go to Sprint to get herself a new phone so we walked in eagerly with smiles on our faces. As we walked in we noticed 2 groups of customers with employees but also some unoccupied. Not one greeting of "hello" or "how may we help you today". Instead we were at the iPhone section alone while 2 employees were chatting away behind the counter. After about ten minutes of seeing employees walking around to different sections of the store and being completely ignored we decided to leave and go to a Sprint store that cared.

Wow. Stood in the store for 20 minutes and nobody came up to me. Was wanting to upgrade my phone but I guess not today. Saw one employee working, two just chit chatting at the counter. Overall very disappointing. Will NOT be coming back to this store. I'll make the drive out to a different store on another day I guess.

They sold me a screen protector 49.99 with a warranty that is basically impossible to redeem with out keeping the papers . No refund and no help on how to do the warranty in a product they recommend to buy. Very deceiving strategy so they can sell a product.

Customer service makes you successful or a failure in America. Especially when your business exists in a crowded marketplace. Johnathan at Sprint raised the customer service bar yesterday. Ordered new phone and was told to come back on 23rd and phone would be here and ready for pick up. Drove an hour to pick up phone also waited 30 min to be seen and then they tell me it's not in and they do not know when it will come in. Complete waist of my time and gas. Very unprofessional staff. Not happy at all.

My phone's call audio has been messed up for months and I haven't been able to fix it. No other Sprint store was able to fix it either until I came to this one and spoke to Chelsea. She fixed it almost immediately!!! Very grateful for her help. If you come here and Chelsea helps you then know that you're in good hands!!

Came in to get my iphone repaired, from the start of my visit the store representative was trying to get me to go anywhere else saying that it would be quicker to go to Best Buy (which I did go to Best Buy and they had a 3 day wait), all were transparent excuses to get me to go somewhere else with my issue. He then told me I didn’t have phone insurance (which I actually do) and that he couldn’t help me, I’d have to go through a website to receive assistance with my replacement phone. Terrible service, there should be an overhaul on employees at this store because all they’re good for is selling you the overpriced electronics, but the minute you have an issue no one can help you with it. I would give this place half 0 stars if I could

I don't want to run the risk of sounding like an irrational, off the cuff reviewer here, so I'll take my time with this one. After 3 distinct visits on 3 separate days... this Sprint store has consistently showed me the worst customer service I've ever encountered from a retail environment. From shady sales pitches to repeated account mishaps that unfortunately forced me into the store due to disjointed policies. Never an apology given nor a simple solution offered. Never have I wanted to switch from a brand so quickly. I don't know if all Sprint stores are like this, but I sincerely hope not. I will be be switching carriers as at my first opportunity based on the performance exhibited here by multiple employees, the manager included.
