I walked in to cash a check and they were unable to cash it as they did not have the funds in house. Mr. Donelly suggested I go to another branch.
Imagine if you had an emergency and needed YOUR cash? Or you wanted your cash for whatever reason. Sad.

Only if you have too... not worth having. Cashapp and Venmo is better than this bank. I moved all my direct deposits into cashapp and now use this bank as needed. They do not protect your funds, the interest rates are awful, and they do NOT release your paycheck early.

Most terrible service I ever went try In my life with banks
Thaw new, all systems didn’t work
That lock my access to my account and ask stupid Questions for over the hour and on the end she said I can’t give you excess, You need to go to the branch
