ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE BANK AND LOCATION! After today I'm removing my money and routing my direct deposit etc into another bank. I went into the bank to add withdraw protection and to also get a temporary card. I sat down in the launch area. The tall black woman told me to go stand in line and the teller would be able to help me with all the above. Finally it was my turn. The teller a short Hispanic woman who acted like she didn't even want to help me. When I told her my need she flat out said " I don't have any temporary cards" before even asking the other tellers beside her (terrible customer service) the guy beside her overheard her, and said he had a few temporary cards. She then took my ID and disappeared out of sight for 5 minutes. I asked the guy if she was coming back because there was no communication. When she finally surface with my card, I brought up the withdrawal restriction situation. She said she couldn't help me, and that I would have to go and sit at the launch area. LETS BE SERIOUS, people times are valuable. By this time there is already 3 people sitting and waiting at the launch. I already spend 10 minutes at the teller booth. This place is a JOKE. Nobody seem to know what their doing, it's poorly manage, no communication, no customer service, no etiquette. NOTHING FLOWS!

In that bank yesterday, December 26, after noon, there was a teller talking on speaker on her mobile phone while she was working with money and in front of the public. At very high volume. The person on the other side was telling him about a crime committed by someone they knew in common. I was almost half an hour in the bank and she was talking like that all that time without the slightest common sense that that is not correct. My God! The person who served me was the teller in the other row and he served me very well, but really seeing that about that teller motivated me to close the two accounts I had with the bank. It seemed too informal to me. BB&T was not like that.

Walmart would be a 5 but I despise being forced to buy everything from COMMUNIST CHINA. Also, why can't I buy real LEVI'S from Walmart? They let too many people STEAL too. That causes honest people to pay more and I can't work anymore so I have to go without. Ellen Tyson

Omg this place is hell jezzzz everyone is soooo rude specially this haitian lady , she will skip everyone in line to help her haitian friends like don't get me wrong I'm ?haitian too but lady learn some respect and know who is next in line . Waited for 2 hours and end up leaving with no help. I will never go bank to that place. Why they hire these people lol lord have mercy.

I bring my friend Today 07/22/2023 to open checking account. , but She service Tell me : only do online , no apply at bank barch. ( with bonus paper) . I just go to : bank Truist Michigan ave open, i had lost Many time when open check account with Truist.she is: bring Glass ,skin White.... I do not Know name her, She Tell me only open checking online with bonus.why She talk Lie with me.

Every time I go to this branch there’s always an issue withdrawing funds from my account; it seems like they make up their own rules. I suggest anyone not to do business with this branch, everywhere else is great. I was simply trying to get cashier’s checks from my account for the second time they wouldn’t give it to me. I just got my cashiers check at another branch

Waiting 10min in drive-thru and a car cut in front of me and acted like she did no wrong. When I got up to the other window I called inside the bank told them I've been waiting 20min now and the car from 1st drive-thru cut in front of me and now I'm in the second drive-thru next to her and proceeded to tell the teller what she did and that they need to wait on me first because of what she did.They apologized. I left the drive-thru first and that is the way you handle business. Kudo's to my bank for listening!!!

The cashiers are very unprofessional they don’t even wear name tags to identify themselves to you! They don’t say hello & 1 cashier had to nerve to comment on my spending to the cashier working next to her saying she wonders why I brought certain items which is none of her business! I recently took my money out of that back & now does business with Bank of America & Chase! They have better service & cashier who don’t speak Spanish or foreign languages to their co-workers laughing while conducting your business transactions like how this Truist branch does!

Absolutely poor service. Bank manger has a bad attitude. Shortage of tellers during lunch rush on friday.This bank needs new management..just look at all the other bad reviews.mostly.of the bank manger.she thinks she owns the place . Hollered at me in front of other customers and cut me down then told me she wouldn't cash my check. I have been with sun bank for over 20 yrs. But management like her is poor representation of truist and she should be fired for her actions. I plan on starting a slander and deformation of character and abuse of authority law suit against her and the bank. Im demanding a public apology and for her to be removed from employment at truist .

This is a sad experience. When a bank has business hours at 9am, it is EXPECTED that you open at such time. Not 10 minutes later and not only that, the wait time is beyond reproach! I got here to deposit cash which should be quick but nooooo here I am a half hour later still waiting and I’m SECOND in line! Close this establishment if you can’t conduct business properly!!!!!
