Truist is a bank that has been in existence for over 30 years. Customers report very good, respectful, and attentive service, feeling that the bank values their business. Staff provide seamless and efficient help, with clients noting they are always treated well by the tellers and other personnel. The transition to Truist involved some changes, but overall the branch is described as a great group of folks. For health and safety, some services are temporarily adjusted, including drive-thru only teller services and in-person visits by appointment only at select branches.
Mr. Patrick Whalen is very knowledgeable and helpful. The branch manager is a very helpful lady.

Very good service, for a bank. Monica was very respectful and attentive. We took one hour to open my personal and business account. Nothing to complain.
