To Lori- there was no reason to be rude and treat two grown adults that way. Maybe look inside and see what has you treating people like their lesser than. Never in my life have I been treated like a child for asking questions while I’m setting up a bank account to give YOU my money. This is obviously a recurring problem, as when I said something to the lovely bank teller, she was not surprised at all. Maybe it’s time to get a new, more welcoming representative that doesn’t make people uncomfortable. I will not be returning to this branch for my future transactions. Have the day you deserve.

Worst banking experience of my life at this branch. I have several Truist accounts which I opened in Tennessee. I was in Florida on vacation and wanted to make a cash purchase. I went by this branch to make a cash withdrawal and the teller refused me so I asked the branch manager for help and he asked me a couple of questions which I answered for security and he refused to get my money as well and then acted as if he wanted to fight with me. I will file a complaint with corporate and probably change banks. Unbelievable!

I had the pleasure of working with Arielle, the bank manager at Truist, and I couldn't be more impressed with her professionalism and dedication. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel welcomed and valued as a customer. Arielle took the time to listen to my concerns, thoroughly explained all my options, and went above and beyond to ensure my banking needs were met. Her knowledge and expertise gave me complete confidence in her advice, and she handled everything with efficiency and care. It’s rare to find someone who truly prioritizes customer service the way she does. I highly recommend Arielle for anyone looking for a top-notch banking experience!

PLEASE FIX YOUR DRIVEWAY THRU LANE!!. When you turn in to the drive thru off Hinson, you have to make a right then a left within the lane that takes you to the multiple drive thru lanes. The brick curbing is all jacked on the lane leading to the drive thru. Very narrow and constantly hitting my wheels on the curbing. Please adjust the curbing to make it better. I know many other people that told me the same. The entrance off Hinson is too narrow and the pavers stick out when you turn right. PLEASE HAVE YOUR PROPERTY PEOPLE ADDRESS THIS!!

I’ve been banking with Truist for a while now, and this branch (Doctor Phillips) is by far my favorite. The staff is always super friendly and helpful, which makes a huge difference. I actually look forward to coming in because the team consistently provides excellent service and makes me feel valued as a customer. If you’re looking for a bank with a personal touch, I highly recommend this location!

So I walked into this branch September 17, 2024. There I attempted to make a withdrawal from one of my accounts.
I presented my ID to the teller Kayler and unbeknown to me I didn’t realize the ID I gave her expired - I tried to engaged here by querying her that it doesn’t matter my picture matched the person you are looking at - she said ‘it’s the bank’s policy’.
I told her ‘show me the bank’s policy otherwise you are just making this up”
She responded “I don’t have to show you anything”.
I said yes, “Truist have to be transparent with there customers”.
Then I attempted to show her a picture of my drivers license embedded in my phone and being the obnoxious person she is, she never attempted to make eye contact with me much less to look at the ID in my phone.
Then came the branch manager Ariel E Guzman.
Same rubbish as mentioned with his subordinate. He went on to say “if we gave you a loan the bank doesn’t have to disclose the terms”
I replied “you have no factual basis to utter this statement, you are one hundred percent (100%) misinformed”
Then he tried to educate me with the law regarding having a picture of my drivers licenses embedded in my phone.
I told him “unless you are law enforcement then you have crossed that imaginary line.
In the end he told me “you have to leave and if you don’t leave it will get worse”.
I responded, “are you threatening me”? No reply.
In summary, I kept telling the teller several times I had to leave but she insisted I wait which is bordered on holding me against my will and induced unnecessary stress and anxiety.

I recently went shopping for a car loan. And with a very high credit score Truist. denied my loan. Every other bank/credit union approved me through the dealership. I thought high credit was the point! I will obviously NEVER bank here.

I am absolutely disgusted and embarrassed by the experience I had at Truist today. My family and I, who have been loyal members for over 40 years—long before they became Truist—were treated with the utmost disrespect. I came in with my mother to look at some jewelry, which also belonged to me, and was met with an appalling level of unprofessionalism by a representative named Alex.
Alex is a disgrace to Truist and is the worst example of a customer service representative I have ever encountered. She was aggressive, rude, and downright disrespectful. To make matters worse, Ariel, the manager, was just as bad, if not worse. Both of these individuals took a minor issue and escalated it into a full-blown problem for absolutely no reason.
As I was peacefully looking at jewelry, Alex aggressively knocked on the door like she was the police, scaring both me and my mother. Her behavior was shocking and completely uncalled for. When we tried to explain our side of the situation, Ariel had the audacity to threaten to close our account. This is how Truist treats its long-time clients? By calling them liars and dismissing their concerns with attitude and threats?
This experience was nothing short of a nightmare, and it’s clear that neither Alex nor Ariel should be working in a customer-facing role—especially at a bank where trust and respect are paramount. Whoever hired these two needs to seriously reconsider their decision because these individuals are doing nothing but tarnishing Truist’s reputation.
We will be calling to file a formal complaint against Alex, and rest assured, we will be considering to close our account. No one deserves to be treated the way we were today. I hope Truist takes this feedback seriously because if they continue to allow people like Alex and Ariel to represent them, they will lose more long-time customers like us.
This was a horrible experience, and we will never tolerate such disrespect again.
