Stay AWAY if you don’t your blood pressure to get up the roof. Noor an Indian employee was so rude it was disgusting. I can’t fathom the thought of how can he get away with talking to the clients the way he does. Gave us nothing but attitude. Has terrible oral hygiene. His breath smelled like it never seen a toothbrush. If you want to feel like you actually matter as a client go to Chase, which is where I’ll be taking my business.

I am a U.S. citizen, and an Asian-American employee in charge of business accounts denied me the opportunity to open a new business account. The reason he gave me was: ‘because my business is new.’ (BTW all Fl State and IRS documents in order) He told me that TD Bank does not open new accounts for U.S. citizens. Crazy but real! Never go to that bank.

Great bank!
Money laundering probe has made them extremely vigilant about, security,...which I feel is a good thing.

I pulled up to the drive thru and the teller. I think her name is April. Started off with an attitude 🤔. I've NEVER seen such a person working with customers. She should be working at the local Z00. I went to the manager, but he didn't seem to care. I CLOSED my business account right there in there, and went to another financial institution. TD BANK doesn't deserve my business at all.

When I entered the bank, there were literally no other customers waiting, in-person or in the drive-thru. I walked up to a teller, who seemed annoyed I interrupted her conversation with another employee, and she told me I needed to sign in at the kiosk. Okay, no problem. And then, I stood there and watched all six employees stare at the wall, talk among themselves, or pick at the skin on their face. After about 8 to 10 minutes of watching everyone do nothing, I assume my body language was expressing my obvious annoyance. The icing on top of the cake, was when the original teller I originally approached rolled her eyes, again in assumption, to MY frustration. Finally, I suppose one of them figured they might as well help me (to get rid of me? and continue on collecting their check???). Clearly a very unprofessional establishment. I'm sure there's lots of hard-working, dedicated, and compassionate individuals that would love to take these people's positions. Absolutely ridiculous. I would think it can't feel good to suck at your job, but then again, I see there's no yardstick whatsoever for excellence in this establishment. Too bad I can't give negative stars.

Came in the branch on 8/16/24, to inquire about rates on a cd i have, to see how you if it would be worth to renew it, pending on the available rate. Went to the teller, he was very professional , then asked bout the rate, he told me i would need to speak to a banker . Went to the banker, his name is Alan, very rude, acted like i was bothering him ,while he was talking to an co worker and no customer skills . So, i told him i should close my accounts , his reply was -maybe you should.Almost told him to go screw himself, but i have little more class then he does .Very unprofessional, has no idea how to treat customers with r to talk to people . Looked very lazy ,and was rude , unwilling to help customers out. I even told him i wanted to deposit only part of my cd amount, and he made big deal saying that he would have to open a new one, unless i deposited the whole amount , like it’s too much work for him . Will not be back at this branch , and called the corporate office to file a complaint.Good way to represent the company you work for.way to go Alan. Look at all the bad reviews the branch has vs the good ones , pretty sad. And ,lots complaints on Alan , he really sucks , looks like he needs to go out get another job , instead of being lazy and rude .

Noor was completely and utterly unprofessional and unhelpful. He maintained a hostile attitude the entirety of our visit. The same happened with some customers here, still happen with another’s And the reason is: The manager didn’t put attention to the issue reported here. So sad, I decided to visit another TD Bank, even is far away from my home, I prefer spend more time and gas. Don’t recommend this unprofessional person.

Definitely the worst bank to have an account for more than 1 hour, the bank is totally alone and no one assists you, I do not recommend anyone to come, they look at you and do not even have the
Kindness of approaching you and asking how they can help, terrible service for a bank

Use to had a Samsung Financing account with TD Bank. They destroyed my Excellent Credit Score for been delinquent even without been notified about it. Since I first open the account I selected auto payment, but since it was my second purchase they say it applies only to first purchase, even as in my account was marked as auto-pay. Reults: I closed the account.

It is the worst service I know, they do not give complete information, they make you wait hours to assist you to tell you that there are missing documents and when I return with the documents to complete a procedure, they do not assist me because it is 4:30 pm and they close at 5…. Terrible service

noor was completely and utterly unprofessional and unhelpful. he maintained a hostile attitude the entirety of our visit. i needed to replace my debit card after fraudulent activity and he said since i last updated my address 88 days ago i was unable to receive a debit card since an apparent policy says it must be at least 90 days. i’ve banked with TD for a long time and have never heard of this. i went to the next closest TD bank 5 miles down the road and they replaced my debit card on the spot with no concerns. that branch deserves 5 stars. this one would get 0 if it were an option.
