OH MY GOD!This place has middle aged workers that move like your 90 YEAR OLD GRANNY.Hello.............anybody home? One teller manning the drive thru, & the other one manning the lobby.I've never seen any slower bank than this one in Orlando. WHAT'S WRONG WITH THESE PEOPLE?15 minutes to make a simple cash deposit IS SIMPLY NOT ACCEPTABLE.WHO IS THE MANAGER HERE??????I'D LIKE TO GIVE HIM/HER MY 2 CENTS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Today Mr Alan at your TD Bank Kirkman Branch provided the worst and the most rude banking experience in more than 30 years.We went to get international wire done. He was rude and irritable to start with. Asking rude questions. Was asking questions in a bad manner. Finally when he was told in a polite way that I had made exact same wire four days ago at Chase Bank and it was without any glitch. He got infuriated and stood up and told us to leave. He said I was condescending when I mentioned Chase Bank. I said I was not and I apologize if he took it that way. After apologizing second time,, he still was angry and furious and repeated many times that he will not help us at all and rudely told us to leave. We almost emptied the account and deposited cashiers check at Bank of America across the street.Needless to say I’ll close my account.Professional people. Stay away from this worst banking staff.

According to the schedule they say is 5-6pm, I arrive at 5:05pm to exchange money in euros and they tell me that they closed the cash register, the lovie is open (it will be for you to drink coffee, I say at least but I didn't see a coffee maker ) but they don't close at 6:00pm. From now on I will ask for the hours of the services since you will not be able to receive the service if the hour has already passed, so why do they say they close at 6:00pm, if at 5:00pm you no longer provide the service I need, that's good.

Absolutely dreadful customer service. My first visit I walked in and they were full since they were closing in an hour they said it would be best to come back another day with an appointment. That was understandable and at that point it was completely on me. Now I booked an appointment earlier today and went in and reached there at 1 pm my appointment time I check in and get seated. There were only 3 or 4 people in the bank with me and 4-5 bank tellers. For an appointment at 1pm I waited 40 min and still nothing. During those 40 min I saw half the bank tellers walking around or sitting in their cubicles with no customers instead of taking care of the waiting area. After that I just got fed up and left. 30 more minutes after I have left I get the call asking where I am. If I wanted an appointment at 2 I would have booked it at 2. As a walk in waiting for an hour would be alright but as a person who went through the trouble to get an appointment and makes sure to reach there on time. That is ridiculous. Other branches may be different but this branch is a must avoid!

The Lady at the front Desk, Crystal, Was Not Helpful at all when me and my wife walked in there to open an account last Week.The 1st time We tried , She asked us for a “legal” form of I.D. So, I showed her my Legal FL I.D and She said that they can’t help us opening an account at the time due to the bank was gonna close in about one hr. (Bank was going to close in one hr and a half that Day).We went back two Days later (on a Saturday) we got there at 11am (Sat hrs 11am-2pm) and this time She (Crystal) saw us and asked my wife for her “legal” Form of I.D.My wife showed her FL I.D. And this very professional lady told my wife that her FL I.D. Needed to be at least 6 Months old for the bank to accept it. Seriously?!!So, We left and we went to the location in Orange AV. And the ppl there gave us an excellent Service and We opened the bank account with No Issues at all.Big Thanks to Noor For all his Help.Crystal clearly didn’t like us for being Hispanics.She gave us hard time from the beginning with dumb Excuses.

I’ve been to this location multiple times & I feel like I cannot connect or communicate correctly with Alan. Just not helpful any other associate I can explain myself and they understand me and help me with what I need at that moment but with Alan anytime I sit with him it’s the same thing I feel like he brushes me off. Kinda rushes to get rid of me. Maybe In the wrong but I do try to be as professional and cordial as possible but just never seem to get my point across with him….. always the same answer oh we can’t help you with that you have to call or yeah I don’t know what you mean by that or nope just have to wait. Never a solution when it comes to him. I don’t rate it lower because the actual place isn’t bad it’s as a bank should besides the atm outside never taking money at night for us night owls that is a pain for sure

This is a terrible bank. The agent Kathy told me I need to be more responsible because I misplaced my credit card 6 times because instead of her listening to me and my issue she disregarded it. Putting me out of money. The manager Matthew came out to make excuses for her asking how would I feel if someone found my card. I told them all I wanted was my card printed because I work in Hawaii and had to go to the airport.

Td bank really needs to stop saying it is the most convenient bank. I’m at the one here in Orlando and we’ll populated city there are not enough staff. I waited for 30-40 mins to get helped. I’m on a time crunch and they refused to listen to me about the situation making the situation even more inconvenient

I thought they opened at 8 so got there at 8 noticed all the staff park in the closest parking spots leaving none for the customers who have to park on the far end of the parking lot haha i see how the staff treats the customers before they even open ?

Only been inside once which was fine but this location is usually the one I go to for the ATM. Almost every single time I go, there’s never parking available in front. Employees take up most of the closer parking spots leaving members to walk farther distances with cash. 12 spots in front, there is no way there is 12 clients are always in that location at all times. Make employees park in the back.

I’ve been a client of TD bank for 40 years and this morning I decided that it’s enough !!! TD bank of Kirkman rd in Orlando is by far the worst branch I ever seen…. Completely useless staff… every single time I will have to wait in excess of a hour just to do a wire and there is never been more then 3 people before me… they are soooo incompetent. Bye bye TD bank…unless you time is not valuable, stay away from this horrible branch
