Visited this lounge with my wife and two children(3 and 1yr old). Arrived at the airport at noon and our flight kept getting delayed until finally cancelled. It was so accommodating for us to have a place the kids could relax as could we for several hours!

Stopped in while waiting for my flight. Ines was so patient while I was trying to locate my card! She managed all the customers politely and efficiently even when a line up started.Lounge is a good size and good amenities. Space for kids to play quietly. Business area has good space and chairs comfortable.
