Mingo made all the difference in this dealership earning a 5star review. He went above and beyond to get my wife and I back on the road in a rental while our truck was getting fixed. If I lived in Orlando I would continually do buisness with this dealership and only use Mingo for all of our servicing needs.

I got there earlier than scheduled and they helped me right away. The crew finished the repairs quickly and accurately. The staff put my key up to where other workers could get at it after the service department was closed so I get to my car when work went longer than expected.

Frustrating experience at Tropical Ford. Called to inquire about a vehicle and was put on hold for 45 minutes. Not once did anyone check in or apologize for the delay. Needless to say, I won't be visiting their dealership anytime soon. If they can't manage their phone lines, I'm not confident in their customer service. Would not recommend.

Apparently ford corporate won’t stock all the recall parts and the service dept can’t get them ordered in till they observe the actual condition so I have to come back. I feel this process could be improved. Also the lounge bathrooms are great hopefully the remodel will continue into the waiting room. It would make my remote office work easier

Craig renewed my faith in dealerships service centers, or at least one, Tropical. Craig and I talked on the phone prior to scheduling my appointment. He listened well, understood my concerns, and assured me I was in good hand. He didn't try to set me up for unnecessary expenses. He kept me informed of all the findings along the way and told me my options. When I picked up my truck, there were no surprises. I was completely satisfied. Thanks you Tropical....

I went to tropical ford looking for a good and reliable car and thanks to Gabriel Villarreal, I bought my car there. He was very comprehensive and talkative. He even explained to me the entire car without hesitation. He is a excelente sales representative. Highly recommended if you are thinking on buy a new car, ask for Gabriel Villarreal.
