Terrible. They never pick up the phone in the quick lane or service department. Don't expect a call back if you leave a voice mail. In the service department the voice mail box is full. If you bring your vehicle in as a walk in they have to run a "diagnostic " save yourself time and go anywhere else. Save yourself money and DON'T BUY A FORD

I have never been so disgusted by a Ford Dealership in the entire 15 years I've owned Ford vehicles. This is the worst place to take your vehicle. I was told last week that there were no available appointments until this week. Then, when I get to the Dealership to have my car diagnostic done, I'm standing in the service shack and a lady walks in with an issue of an upside down back up camera. After some discussions, they tell her they can do a diagnostic that day (yesterday) and will keep her updated. Then, Austin tells me that it will take 2-3 days to get a diagnostic on my vehicle. So you mean to tell me, I waited all this time just to be pushed further down the line because y'all are taking walk ins and screw the rest of us who have actual appointments? This isn't the first time I've had an issue with your dealership but I can tell you it will be the last! You people are ridiculous and don't give a damn about the customers. If you value your time and money, don't waste it at Tropical Ford. Go to AAMCO or literally anyone else other than this dealership. They don't care about you or your vehicle, just how much time and money they can get out of you. Sickeningly shameful and a disgrace to the Ford brand.

great experience with sales rep, notified me of mark-up over phone.1 star for mark-up on vehicle pricing. if they are selling a car online, advertise their markup too so that others don't really waste their time and energy submitting information to their systems.

Ordered a new f150 lightning and Vitale was my sales person. He was really on the ball with everything and knows his stuff around EVs even tho they're pretty new to the market. Answered all my questions not pushy at all just super chill experience. Very professional from start to finish. Also I'm thrilled with my truck so that helps too. This was the best vehicle purchase experience I've had to date.

If you get a recall notice don’t take your car to this dealership! I turned my car in and they said it will be ready by lunch time. No call. I stopped by and they said oh we broke a part on your caliper and we are working with Ford to get it replaced. But it’s on back order. Call Ford and see if they will approve a rental this part is on back order. Ford says it’s on the dealership since they broke something. Either they can give me a loaner or approve rental reimbursement until they fix my car. Dealership says NO! They can do a bleed of the caliper and the car is “drivable” so I asked if they would feel safe putting a 5 year old and my expectant wife in that car? Silence from them and the manager will call me. No call yesterday. Hoping today they can figure out a way to do the right thing.

While visiting Central Florida. The battery in my car stopped working. Came in as a walk-in at Universal Hyundai. Word of advice: If you need service with no appointment. Make sure to get there early. Saturday and Sundays seem to be the busiest days for service. My vehicles warranty covered the faulty battery. The service advisor, whose name is Andres, was very thorough and understanding and helped me in the best timely manner he could. Dealership provided a rental for a few days. While the battery was being shipped and installed. Got my car back within a couple of days. Special thanks to Angelica for helping me through the whole process at the inside service desk. I greatly appreciate what you all did to get me on the road again.

I'm missing a lug nut after an oil change and tire rotation on 2021 F150. Only way this is possible is that they did not tighten all my lug nuts

Another great update so I got a flat tire on one of replacements and I found out whoever work on my tires did a terrible job putting it back in because bolts aren't coming out like they should

Worst service ever! 6-7 weeks to repair rear shocks, I had to call even their own parts department to follow up.Manager Bryan is an incompetent with very little to no interest in returning your calls or messages. Avoid this place!

Thought about giving them for stars just because it was so hard to get ahold of them initially and get them to give me a call back. But Christian finally did give me a call back and treated me and my mother with complete respect and professionalism. I will continue to give them my business

I came (Thursday 08/17/2023) to the service department around 11:30am to ask for an software update on my Ford Fusion 2018, there were two people ( a big guy with beard and a girl with a really bad attitude) she told me that I have to wait 8 week for a simple software update!!! Because they just have one person that works on software! And this post is not about the wait time that obviously is horrible just for something simple is about the persons who works there if you don’t feel comfortable working with the people go al work in farm with animal plants or stay in your home!! But don’t treat the people bad just because you have a bad day! REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE 0start for the service department!

From Austin Lopez to the gentleman in customer service to the cashier, my experience to get a new FOB for my mustang was incredible. Every person showed extreme professionalism and timeliness. I previously went to Kisselback Ford for three separate appointments for a FOB and after waiting over an hour each time, I was told the computer system was down. I truly hope Tropical Ford realizes and recognizes how valuable their employees truly are.

Keep calling the parts department for an hour straight, and no one is picking up. I've been a customer for over 16 years. I will change my review to 5 stars when someone picks up the phone.
