I open my account at the downtown branch with Mike and he has made my banking experience one of a kind he has been great with helping me from start to present including assisting with setting up online banking and face recognition on the app when I was completely lost. overall Mike has went above and beyond with his services highly recommended.

Mike Barreto was such a great help with opening my checking account. He was efficient, knowledgeable, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Mike answered all my questions and made sure I got exactly what I needed. Anytime I have an issue with my account, I know I can call Mike and he’ll assist me right away with a solution.
While Trustco Bank did take a while to send my Ring camera and the $250 promotional deposit for opening the account, the outstanding experience Mike provided more than made up for the delay.

We just closed on a construction loan/ mortgage with the Trustco Downtown Orlando Branch. The staff there are great.
And Debbie Bagloo deserves special recognition for doing an outstanding job and providing first- class customer service. Debbie made herself available from the very first day we met her until the loan closing.
She was relentless in ensuring that all our questions on this complicated process were answered completely and timely.
There were a number of complications that she was able to resolve for us with patience and dogged determination.
She was quick to admit if she did not have an answer to a question but time and time again would hunt down an answer from a reliable source.
Her friendly demeanor and “can do” attitude made the whole process manageable rather than stressful. Debbie, we could not have done it without you!

I had a fantastic experience at Trustco Bank’s Downtown Orlando / Lake Eola branch! The entire team was welcoming, professional, and efficient, making my visit smooth from start to finish.
A special shoutout to the teller Rivana who assisted me, her patience, knowledge, and friendly attitude made all the difference. She took the time to answer my questions thoroughly and ensured my transaction was handled with care. It’s clear that this branch values customer service, and it truly shows in how they treat their clients.

I have been a member of Trustco Bank since August 2023. I have had nothing but positive and pleasant experiences with Trustco and their staff. Debbie, one of the supervisors there, is singlehandedly the most helpful person I've ever worked with in a bank or credit union. She is super informed and cares a lot about the customer experience.
I had an issue with a check going unaccounted for in the mobile-deposit process, and she worked with me for well over a week to help me get a resolution to this issue, meanwhile always keeping me updated on the issue at hand. Thank you, Debbie!
I have nothing but positive things to say about Trustco and look forward to continuing my experience there!

I can't say enough good things about Debbie Bagloo at the downtown Orlando Branch. Going above and beyond is an understatement, she is just a GEM! In today’s world it's so hard to get good customer service anywhere, even more so when dealing with the public and multiple personalities. She never expresses hesitation or frustration in anything, simply jumps into action to make things happen. The whole staff here at the downtown branch are amazing. You have an amazingly efficient, caring and a pleasure to work with branch location!!Thanks for everything like always Miss Debbie!

I went into the bank to close my account but instead deposited a large sum of money. That was because I spoke with Debbie Bagloo at the downtown office; she was knowledgeable and helpful about my banking needs. She also was involved in getting my online account working.

I can’t express enough the gratitude I have towards Trustco Bank but specifically for Debbie Bagloo at the Downtown Orlando branch. Most of us are not banking with Trustco because of their great technology. But more because we want a real “home town bank”. We want to walk in to a bank and be treated like family and feel comfortable and secure that your bank is on your side. Through every step of my home equity loan Miss Debbie always kept me informed ever step of the way. It was so refreshing to know I could always count on her being on top of things. Any doubt or question I had (which were many) she would do her due diligence to make sure I had the correct in proper response. Talk about going above and beyond in today’s world where it’s so hard to get half decent customer service, she definitely is a quality employee. Trustco you truly have a special gem working for you and I hope you realize how great she really is for your company. The whole Orlando Downtown branch is great as well. Just a great feeling walking in every time! Thanks again for all your hard work and kindness and dedication through my whole process Debbie. Know that you’ve made a difference.

I was a customer for seven years, but like pretty much everything else in this society, Trustco has become trash. Their "hometown bank" approach is pretty much a giant F-you to their customers. They couldn't care less about their customers, and their management office is about as incompetent as they come. I'm not really sure what happened to banking in the 21st century, but I will never do business with Trustco again. The branch manager at the downtown Orlando office is a nice enough guy, but the rest of their staff is incompetent, rude, and couldn't care less about the small businesses that remained loyal to them over the years. Moreover, their online banking is a complete joke and straight out of the late 90s. You might as well stick with a larger bank with actual online services; you'll still be treated like garbage, but at least those scumbags won't add insult to injury by smiling and giving you the "hometown" treatment.

I decided to open an account here and glad I did. This is the friendliest bank in Orlando, everyone is great. So I needed a second account, and choose to this bank again. The manager Brandon is fantastic. He is a true pro who works incredibly hard and puts his customers first.
