Universal Gift Shop is a great gift shop with a lot to offer, featuring items from Harry Potter to Hello Kitty to The Simpsons. It is part of a favorite Universal hotel, known for its really cool pools—two fun pools and a splash pad for little ones. Guests love the beautiful, spacious, and very clean rooms, which often have spectacular views of Volcano Bay. The staff are amazing, very kind, accommodating, pleasant, friendly, and quick to help. The hotel offers amazing amenities including a large lazy river, a bowling alley, and an arcade. There are lots of dining options on property, with a diner that is a life saver and fairly affordable, a milkshake and malt location, and a full Starbucks. The bar at the pool is also a popular spot. The resort is steps away from helpful shuttles to the theme parks, with no long waits, and provides two-hour early park entry. Parking is incredibly convenient. While the hotel lacks certain in-park line perks, it provides an amazing experience and a phenomenal stay, making it a highly recommended place to stay for an amazing time.

Amazing experience for my daughter birthday she had a TIME! The staff were very kind and accommodating! The rooms were very clean and spacious!

Staff was super friendly, room was very clean, love the pools, hot tub, and lazy river. Shuttles very helpful and never had to wait. the diner is a life saver and is fairly affordable. I would 100% stay here again.
