Was in the building before they closed about 5:50 And they told me they couldn't serve me because they stopped serving people 20 minutes before 6, because of how busy they are. So they don't close at 6 they close at 5:40!

I shipped 4 truck tires from this location. Lines were short, and three staff worked cooperatively to beef up my packaging, get the labels applied, and hand me receipts. Everything arrived safely, which I was super worried about. Thanks!

I needed to get a package shipped that I had bought at a charity auction to go back to South Dakota. The FEDEX shipping center in my hotel was not able to help me. I checked on my phone and found the this UPS store was still open. I called the store and I talked to Palals. She was extremely helpful on the phone and encouraged me that if I could get there by the time they close that she could help me. I had a large irregularly shaped canvas painting. I hired a Lyft Driver to take me over to the 11310 S Orange Blossom trail location arriving just before closing time on a Saturday. Palals greeted me as I walked in with the 48x36 canvas painting. She helped me find the right box to work with and assured me that it would get shipped on time on Monday be cause they would have to do some custom work. I was extremely impressed and Palals service was extra, extraordinary. It was impressive even as we worked past the top of the hour which is when the store was now closed. Highly recommend this location. Thank you.

Don't go to this location. They charge for boxes for Amazon returns. They also charge $1.70 to print out one sheet of paper. This is unacceptable.

Extremely rude on the call, cut me off telling me he had 4 customers in line... So why answer the call if too busy to talk on the phone, SMH! Very unprofessional.

Went to drop off my T-Mobile router as a return with my printed label, and there were three people working behind the counter. Our person took the package, said he'd tape it up for us, and quickly handed us the receipt. Great customer service.
