“Ok, so I’ve been coming here for a few years and everyone is always so quick to help me and so often goes the extra mile.
There have been a couple instances where a package was dropped off for me and we weren’t able to locate it on pickup. In the very few times this has happened (I get several packages a week) the issue has been escalated quickly and the staff seems to dive in by checking cameras, notices, and truly seems to care and want to help.
Most recently, I have no idea how, but Christian actually recovered the package by working actual magic and called to let me know he was holding it for me to pick up. This absolutely saved me.”

Maybe if you are someone who buys a lot of souvenirs from Universal Studios parks or Disney World and you need to send your stuff home. This is the place for you to handle that. “Five Stars for Denise! I came through the store yesterday to get a resume on the fly before an interview. Denise said she had been busy but no one was there - with the 5-10 minutes in the store I quickly understood why. She single-handed took care of over a half dozen customers on all their requests. No one waited more than 2 minutes while she cranked through all their requests swiftly. It was impressive to see. She sent me out the door wishing me good luck and I just have to give full praise! I would definitely return just because of how great Denise handled things.”

I recently was asked to Present on stage in Orlando at a National Convention and needed last minute BANNERS, four to be exact and very large. I reached out to Greg, sent digital files, he sourced materials and produced the color BANNERS and had them delivered to the venue in days, everyone else needed weeks. He stayed in constant communication with me, saved the day and produced incredible BANNERS, in fact nicer, larger and better built than our existing BANNERS - they were a hit!”

“I want to give a huge shout out to Skylar. I went to the UPS store 4083 Sunday afternoon to return a package and it was packed. My first thought was, should I leave or stay, but I knew I had to return my package. I decided to wait on the line. The line went by the door. She was the only one working in the store and she was able to get the line to move fast. Not only did she make the wait not be long but she had GREAT customer service. I have been in other stores where the staff has a mean look or has an attitude because they are the only ones working(they have also complain to customers). But she had a smile on her face and was friendly to every customer. Even when dealing with a lot of boxes that were given to her by other customers. Great customer service and great working ethics Skylar!!!! More stores need to have a Skylar in their businesses.”
