“I went to get my fingerprints done for my job. Unfortunately, I always have problems with my fingerprints no matter where I've done them. This time was no different, my fingerprints were taking a long time to process, and then I accidentally shut down the computer, and had to redo them. But Gabriel, an employee at the store, was so patient with me and so kind. He was very professional and did not even seem frustrated or exasperated by how long my fingerprints were taking. I hope the store understands what a fantastic employee they have on their hands. I wish Gabriel all the best!P.S. I did finally get my fingerprints processed with Gabriel's help. ?”

And he is an example of someone that CARES & understands what it is customer service !!From the last 3 weeks I have been trying to get my package that it was ready for pickup at this location SINCE December 15, and I went to the office several times and NO ONE WAS ABLE TO HELP OR TOOK THE TIME TO DO A LITTLE MORE. TWO DIFFERENT SUPERVISORS ONE TOLD ME THAT I WAS GOING TO GET A CALL AND NEVER HAPPEN AND THE OTHER ONE DIDN'T FOLLOW UP AND THE VOICE-MAIL WAS FULL.BUT TODAY MR ARTURO PEREZ DID WHAT MAKES A DIFFERENCE, BECAUSE HE TOOK THE TIME TO HELP AND WAS ABLE TO FIND THE PACKAGE THAT WAS SEATING THERE AND NO SUPERVISOR DID WHAT THEY WERE SUPPOSED TOTHANK YOU TO MR ARTURO PEREZ. “The ups store in my community is the best not just because they are in close range but because they are amazing. They really help me with my packaging. They made me and boys feel very welcoming. I’ve been sending my boxes via local mail but their boxes are too small and vey expensive. Once I walk in my UPS STORE I explain to the lady that I wanted to send a medium box from Florida to New York and she explained all sizing and prices and even help me tape the box and it was less than five minutes the whole process was done and I was satisfied. (I hope I didn't destroy the spelling of her name.) She goes above and beyond in customer service. She has solved every problem in the easiest way possible. She can tell you which mail/package carrier is the best for your needs. She can solve your Amazon return mistakes, and she is working almost all the time.
