Paid to pack and ship multiple boxes of antique China to my sister. I paid extra for fragile care and also paid for insurance. To my great distress, most of the dishes arrived in pieces. We filed an insurance claim and still have not been reimbursed although it’s been eight months since the claim was made.

The staff is friendly, patient and kind. They take the time that is needed with each client, while also being expeditious to get you in and out. It is always a pleasant experience to come to this store.

The staff is pleasant and they have everything you need to send packages and post. Even though the store gets busy, the staff handles customers efficiently and courteously while achieving high standards.

ve always returned my Amazon packages through the UPS Store because it’s easy, convenient, and reliable. I’ve never had a package get lost or stolen, and the process is always smooth. I really appreciate the partnership between Amazon and the UPS Store—it makes returns stress-free. Keep up the great service, it is a blessing to my community.

I paid for overnight delivery which was $135 for a small box from Orlando to TX. The package took 4 days to deliver. I went back to the store 3 times to speak to the manager for a partial refund. Was never on the premises. Left my phone number but they never called me. Went today and told it was weather related so no refund. There was no bad weather between here and TX. The weather was in KY. Poor customer service from management. I do have to say the workers in the store were always helpful and friendly...it was just they were not authorized to refund which I fully understand.

I have been going to this store for over last 5 years now. Used a variety of services over time. Have had a couple of mailboxes in the past as well. I find the owner and the staff very helpful. They always have a smile on their face and are welcoming. Highly recommend to anyone.
