I tried getting a passport here after having an appointment, due to an employee shortage they were not able to provide me the service. They were extremely rude to me for no reason, two Hispanic women @1:50pm. No eye contact no apology. If you are going to work customer service at least act like you want to be there.

Don't even try to get a passport at the post office ... They always have an excuse. They can't take you or you cannot make an appointment online. It's useless. I guess that's part of Trump's cutting out fed employee.
