I picked up my phone at the store. They gave me a broke phone. Then when I took it back and showed the manager what was going on with that he refused to replace it and tried to talk to me like I was stupid and explain that the phone was just fine even though it had a 4 ms latency lag, causing catastrophic app failure. It did this at least 20 times yet. This guy was trying to gaslight me into thinking the phone was fine instead of replacing it under the 30 day warranty. I had to call customer service and complain to them because this guy was being such a dick and talk to me like I was stupid.

horrible location, went in last week to find out my options for a phone that is only a month old with a cracked screen that was caused by the flipping motion and no fault of my own, the guy i spoke to didn't have a clue as to what my options were for repair or replacement and told me that I dropped it and he could tell that I did (it has never been dropped) , the break was not visible, all he did was go in the back and bring me an invoice for the remainder of my payments and said I need to pay the full amount to upgrade or get new phone. i ended up at u break i fix and the damage was in fact caused by the flip motion and was covered 100% under Samsung warranty and was fixed the next day! thanks to UBIF at e colonial and Alafaya for a great job and customer service! Verizon store , not so much.

Horrible customer service number. The number doesn't go to the store and I can't reach anyone to ask if they have a certain product that I want to buy or have serviced. What is the point in posting a store number if no one is answering. Now I have to drive all the way over there to see if they have what I need. Soooo not cool!!! 👎🏼

So far not very happy, I bought a phone there, the seller offered me to keep my old number and so far I haven't been able to. I write to him and he responds that they are full, it only matters who he is going to buy?

I don't know if it is the branch or in general they are clueless, in year 2024, I'm waiting for them to help me set up an online account. The customer service guy tried to help for 2 hours but couldn't set it up himself. Their helpline hopefully will return my call. Funny thing is, every time I call to ask about the online account, they want to offer me other services, yeah right???
Providing an update, after a week later, I'm still exactly at the same place. They cannot sign me up for an online account because I'm not an account owner. They have to cancel my registration and re-register me again. That means that they will send me another letter (it could have been a pigeon, too:-) so that I can redo the same thing over again. Horrible service, avoid purchasing your needs from this branch. Even Verizon itself is struggling to figure out how this branch initially registered me. Hoping to sign up for an online account by the end of this YEAR. Keeping my fingers crossed.
Providing an update, after a month, I STILL DO NOT HAVE AN ONLINE ACCOUNT. They gave me a case number, I called to check on the status, I was told it was resolved. Hasn't it been resolved? Absutely not. Has anyone called me and checked whether it was resolved? Absolutely not. Sad company.

I was lied to by the store and I went in to try to get it right and said person was working. Neither the person who was helping me or the person who lied to me wanted to right the wrong or help me in anyway.

Don’t go here for any services to your phone. Worst customer service ever! They will always try to sell you a new phone even when it’s NOT broken. My phone wouldn’t turn on so they played “stupid” and said it was broken and tried to put me on a new “upgraded phone”. I’ve been a loyal customer with Verizon for over 15 years and this is how you treat your customers??!
I left and took it somewhere else and they turned my phone back on in 2 seconds no problem and no charge. F these people at this location. Have some moral values you scumbags

So I call to get price on 4 lines this guy tell me he hates wasting time on the phone to give me price no wonder you 3.5 stars customer service HORRIBLE THEY ACT LIKE THERE REALLY BUSY

Joey was rude and so very unhelpful. Once he realized we had already purchased new phone, he acted as though he didn’t really matter to him. Called corporate once we left the store and everything Joey told us was incorrect. Not your typical service with Verizon. Unacceptable!
